did not go for an hour it was more like 45 minutes. I feel this company is using the special & once your the they say this treatment is not the best one for you so that is how they are scamming people for more money! This company is a disgrace !!!

Stop using this service. They will force you and manupilate to sell products. They target people who ar egentle and kind and knows we are helpless. I lodged a complaint to NSW Fair Trading.

Unprofessional clinic – I thought the person in charge was rather impolite and handled the customer badly. The costs are ridiculously high for when compared to any laser clinic in Australia. I would not advise using this clinic.

Melasma treatment scam – I went in for the free trial for the melasma and she said I need a package of $3000 to repair it. She would do the free trial for me either unless I signed up to her package. I walked out

but tried her best to keep selling the service but I said I will try the trial first & it was just a full on massage & some electrical device to stimulate muscle movements so after I finished I was again pulled into the consultation room & again the hard selling continues so I signed up as she said if in 12 session nothing changes then I can have it reviewed & refunded so I did. I finished the 12 session and my breast looks the same not tight, not lifted and definitely not a cup bigger so at the end I told the labcoat lady the results didn’t measure and materialised so I would like a refund and she started saying I need more sessions as 12 is not enough and that it should be 18 sessions to which I said no, I am not happy and as originally agreed I want my money back guarantee and they said okay someone will call me back for the process but to no avail & they barely answer the phone when I keep following up. So no, please don’t fall for their crap and save your money! And take note they’re not doctors, medics, nurses or license cosmetic healthcare professionals they just pretend they are expert.

professional. The consultant went through a few options that would benefit me, all inclusive packages ranging from $3k - $10k. At the top of these packages that she was bringing up on the ipad for me to view, were the words 'No hard sell'. I told her that I wanted to see how today's treatment went and then I would review the packages. At that point I am told the 'Free trial' today was a 10 minute treatment and that the machine would only be set at 10% capacity (which would be at a cost of $38???) and at 'my age', I would only benefit from the machine being used at 100% capacity for full effect - at a cost of $264 !! I had travelled to try this treatment and was looking forward to a bit of a pamper, so I agreed to go ahead with the $264 under eye/eyelid treatment, a mask pre and post treatment and LED light therapy to finish off, a fair price for all of that, in my opinion. I enjoyed the treatment and was quite relaxed afterwards, until the end of the treatment when I was taken back in to the consultation room for the 'No hard sell', which was about 20 minutes of packages and promises and getting 'permission from the company to give you this price and get free treatment'! No to the $10k package - pay half now, pay balance in 14 days. No thank you to the $3,200 package, pay half now and pay balance in 28 days. 'Just pay $1,364 today and I give you free vaginal tightening included!!! You lost your integrity by constantly trying to get me to buy packages and not being genuine in your 'I ask the company and I get permission, for you, just for today'. You lost your professionalism by referring to a vaginal tightening to a customer whose concern was eye bags! Now I'm not even sure if the treatment I received was legitimate or of benefit. I questioned my decision to attend and now wanted to leave. At that point, when the consultant realised that I wasn't paying for anything else, she basically said that if I came back, the 'special' offers would not be available. I then came on here to read reviews - obviously something I wish I had done (and normally do) BEFORE attending somewhere new. Please really consider all this information before attending, and remember that there's always a catch with something 'Free'!! No thank you. Will not be returning.

Not happy with the service – They are keep changing appointment times and dates always different girls l have 12 sessions hifu no difference also with leg treatment time given very short it just waste money l don't recommend service and treatment not happy at all.paid so much amount.

this company when i ask for a full refund of my deposit but was told I can only get $66.20 from my over $1800 deposit although I never got/started my full treatment yet. She then told me that I have already started my treatment and $1800 was the cost of my 8-10mins treatment that day after asking for a refund. Wth how can a company rob a person like that? This is so wrong!!

Fake free trial ads – I registered free trial for sculpting. When i went there, i jad to wait for more than 30mins and none of stuff say hello or smile. When one of consulant called me, she said to me that sculpting not suit for me and she offered me different treatment. So this is not free trial, it it more free consultation. I threw away the consultant business card and definitely will not use their services.

Waste of time – I went for the trial and they tried to convince for the full treatment. I said I'm here for the trial, let's start with the trial first and if I like it, I can take more full face sessions. They end up doing something on my skin for 2 minutes. I'm going to file a formal complaint with the beauty association of Australia and the consumer protection office of Australia to get my money back and pay for the damages because I have to get a more expensive treatment for the damage they left me.

Not worth your time – I went in for the free laser acne scar trial they advertised online. They first tried to convince me to buy an overpriced treatment package and but I said I only wanted the free trial and guess what did they say; “ the free trial didn’t suit me”Wth.

Please be careful with ur money

Very dodgy, be careful – I purchased a 10k package and after one session realised it wasn't what I thought, so I asked to speak to someone to find out what could be done. Contacted them weekly for 4 months and was always assured I would get a call back. This week I called them and the receptionist basically said I wasn't going to get a call back, no reason stated.
