The customer service that Karyn gave me was phenomenal and the wallet itself is beautifully engraved and it came in a gorgeous keepsake (also engraved) box. I shopped around and this was definitely the cheapest around and it's in Australia!

Great Customer service – Went above and beyond to fix initial error (sent out the watch box with wrong personalisation). All emails were answered promotly and were more than happy to send out a replacement! Received product quicker than anticipated! ever sent through, no correspondence to say that there would be a delay.. it took MULTIPLE emails over the course of a week and threats to pursue them with legal action for a response. Would not reccomend them to anybody, ALWAYS do your research before purchasing!

No goods ever received, stopped responding once they got payment! – Do not purchase from this company. rush processing and had not received amendments to my proof to look at or any other communication about how my order was tracking, so there was really no point in paying for rush processing which I thought I could have the items by the next week! I have sent them numerous emails and have had no response at all even though they have on the website that they will respond within 24 hours and of course there is no phone number listed. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt being close to Christmas that they may be busy but this is ridiculous! I have received no correspondence from them and I am extremely disappointed!!!

Never purchase from this company- they take your money and do not send item! – I made a purchase of a lazy Suzan- they sent me the design and took my money but I have still not received the item. number. I read some reviews dated back in 2016 and they were not the best. Stating " No one answered the number listed, no one emailed back information, but money was taken straight away", Etc, etc. I decided to speak to somebody about this so i emailed the company (as it was a Sunday night when i came across the site) and i got a response on Monday morning, re the location of the business and how it all works. The mobile number that was stated on the website was answered every time by the lovely Silvia. Silvia was so helpful and understanding with how i wanted the wooden block to look. suggestions were also made from Silvia that helped me choose the writing to suit as well as other bits and pieces to fill the block. She made sure that it was done and sent in time for me to have before the weekend.

I am very happy with the product as it looks amazing. The company deserves better reviews!

Thank goodness I tried to purchase thru PayPal – I attempted to purchase 2 chopping boards on line thru PayPal. I never saw the chopping boards, and after many attempts to contact the company, I informed PAyPal and my money was returned. What a waste of my time. I would never recommend this company.

Not sure if it's a scam or just a terribly run business – I placed an order in December for some Christmas presents. Funds were taken straight away, received a proof of artwork promptly. And that's where it stopped. The store's' website gave a turnaround time of 5-7 days. Given that it was Christmas I thought it may take a little longer. emailed the seller numerous times and tried to call but only ever got voicemail, neither communication was ever acknowledged or returned.

The order status on their website was "Pending". I lodged a dispute with PayPal and by the next day the status on their site was "cancelled" so they obviously it messages.

Further communications were sent through PayPal by me and also PayPal and neither were ever responded to despite there being over half a dozen messages. Luckily PayPal refunded me the purchase price and to date I still have never received any communication from the seller.

Perhaps this is a way of them making money by holding buyer's funds and earning interest, or in some cases the buyer never claiming.

Steer well clear, this business is unprofessional and most likely a scam.

Absolutely Love It! – Great company to work with! Purchased a gift for my mum - asked for rush shipping and the quality was great and arrived in time to give the gift. Highly recommended!
