Terrible, – they went into receivership recently, but not before asking all of their customers to immediately pay deposits/balances etc. Absolute skum. The Owner, [Name Removed] is as dodgy as they come. Under the ASIC laws he should not be able to be a director of a business or any company in the future given he was insolently trading and declared bankruptcy!!! Just steal your money

OMG do not use this company they are a complete nightmare – They get you thinking that they are a good company and have all these special offers saysing how cheap they are and all these good deals they can do for you but unfortunately they provide the cheapest quaility product and the most inexperienced layers to install the product. print and double check your measurements before paying your 40% deposit that is not required (6.5% is the official payment that is needed). As they say you get what you pay for and this company will will and truly overcharge you. They had a competative price that made you look like yo were getting a good deal The quality of the product is rubbish they source the cheapest.lowest quality product from all the production mills and have the poorest standard layers/installers

Worst customer service ever (after sales) – After having our floor installed the workmanship was more than a little dodgy on the finishing , the trims were installed very badly and several started to come away within days of the install. every person at every store and been promised countless times that it will be rectified or someone will call me back to discuss, to date i have had 0 phone calls. I have however come to the conclusion that they are a bunch of cowboys and once they have your money , they are not interested , considering we spent over $15,000 there I think that is pretty dam poor! would never go near them again , buyer beware.. I never did receive goods! – I Paid a deposit for my flooring (Balcatta Store) with the agreement that final payment would be when my house was completed 5 months later. order, funny that, but they advise nothing to do with PFC, even same people working there, and the owner is a Director of PFC! How do these people sleep at night, how would they react if the same thing happend to them, not happy Jan and $11k out of pocket. I hope they get taken to the cleaners and loose everything.

Bad workmanship on floor layers – We purchased spotted gum from this company. Don't ever use this company as they say they use high quality floor layers when they don't.Their customer service people in the office are also rude and not professional and never get back to you or try to remedy anything. price so we decided to go with them. The colour was beautiful but the floor layer was absolutely shocking. He had put glue all over our kitchen and scratched our door frames trying to carry the timber cutting machines through our home. Our floors were layed in December 2010 and a few weeks after that our floorboards started getting lose and we called up Perth floor centre tell them that the boards were loose and also what the layer had done to our door frames and kitchen doors and tiles. they got the same layer back to try and fix up the loose floors by injecting them with something and he left quickly and did not end up coming back. It is now September and no one has come back. Our floor has now started cupping and lifting and they are now saying that we have put too much moisture in our floors by us using the incorrect mop.They said they do not warranty the floors if there is moisture in them. I have only mopped about 3 times since we have been there and do not leave my floors sopping wet. This is an absolute joke and the floor layer did a really bad job. Do not use these floor people and be careful when you shop around and don't necessarily get the cheapest quote especially when it comes to expensive timber floor. Stolen our money!!!! – Perth floor centre should be ashamed!! They have stolen our money! We were meant to be having our floorboards installed by them and have paid them cash upfront and they have gone MIA! They were meant to come last week and have still not heard from them. Have tried calling the store and nothing! We are absolutely fuming! Has this happened to anyone else?

Buyer beware and never use them! – They are a bunch of cowboys who have no idea about flooring. They trick you into buying products that they most probably don't even have stock of. that they state on your invoice what you are actually getting and how thick the timber will be as they show the timber on a ply board to make it look a lot thicker than it is.

I ended up with something totally different from what I was made to believe I was getting from the sample in the shop. By the way also check your measurements as they well and truly overcharged us

Get someone to double check your quote before you buy.(think that they allow an additional 5% for wastage).

All I can say is buyer beware don't go to this company without having a full idea of what you want and what you expect to receive, unlike us who had never had a wooden floor before and did not know to ask about thicknesses and quality grades, features etc. Oh and ask for a sample and also the leaflet about how to care for your floor after it has been installed which explains how it will change over the seasons with moisture and movement as they don't mention any of this until you have already paid your 40% deposit - also on that one the home builders act say they should only be taking a 6.5% deposit from you. The price looked competitive I did'nt get what I paid for and their after sales service is a disgrace.

Terrible product and extremely unprofessional company – Hi. Do not use the Perth Floor Centre. We had White Oak engineered flooring installed in March 2011. The flooring is cupping, has chips and gaps throughout and it is so uneven that our baby had scratches all over his knees from crawling on it. thick of white oak and the rest is plywood. So if you drop anything at all on the floor it leaves a dent that breaks throught the very thin layer of varnish and the hole goes straight though the "solid" wood down to the plywood.

We are currently in court proceedings to get our money refunded. This company is an absolute joke and so unprofessional, please everyone out there do not waste your time and money on this shonky product! The price but unfortunately "you get what you pay for". Very bad quality and very poor service.

Dodgy - Don't Deal With Them – Had flooring done last year and had immediate problems with it. The raw boards were "stained" somehow and look terrible. We regret not taking them to Court sooner to at least recover some of the money we paid.

Poor materials, poor workmanship, poor customer service. Everything bad really.
