Excellent service offering peace of mind and excellent rodent control measures.

Very poor service They make you believe they will give you a three-month warranty, but they back down with flimsy excuses. Their way of dealing on the phone was good the first time I called them, but after calling them again, the treatment changed and became very rough.

This is a very honest company demonstrating professionalism from my initial phone call until Boomer arrived same day for the appointment on time. I thought it was a possum in the roof but investigation proved it was rats and a cheaper cost for me to fix. I will use Pest Control Empire again in the future without hesitation. I'll get this company out for a pest spray if necessary at Springtime.

Waste of money with this company – Unit infested with fleas. Call Tim an appointment was made. Treated the unit fleas are worse than before. Call Tim and stated that the treatment didn't work,he was very defensive and rude. I had payed $350 for a very poor service. Please go else where.

Wouldn't recommend – Moved into house and heard rattling around at night. Was booked in and was quoted >600 for rodent and possum control. Problem still exists and no sign of it getting better. Obviously google reviews are close to 5/5 whereas the reviews here give a more likely picture of how the company runs.

Great Service – Brad arrives on time, was incredibly helpful and professional. Job was done in less than an hour. I was able to book the job only 14 hours earlier. Great service.

Use another company – I was a returning customer to Pest Control Empire and unfortunately the service I received this time will make me never use them again. it he was at first seemingly helpful however his helpfulness quickly turned to blame and abuse. Blaming unusual amount of rain ( despite there being the same amount of rain in 2023 as in 2022), then he blamed the chemicals they are now allowed to use not last more than 4-5 months despite the invoice noting that all the same chemicals were used.

When I enquired about this I was told I was welcome to try another pest control company. Extremely disappoints.

Beware of this company they do not stand by their work!

Disgusting – I live in East Richmond, Melbourne, and my landlords, VMCH, called this company to deal with an infestation of bedbugs which had come up to my unit from the unit below where a man lives in filthy, putrid conditions, and his place was so bad that cleaners refused to go in, so his unit was fumigated, which I saw happening. was covered in bedbug bites, and I found out that this commonly happens when fumigation is used in apartments. After 3 days waiting, [Name Removed] came to my unit and I showed him the nest of bedbugs on the underside of my mattress. [Name Removed] asked me to help him carry out the mattress to the roadside so that we would not spread the infestation. Then he instructed me to go out for 2 hours while he sprayed. When I returned, the infected matress had been removed from the road, which I found strange as it was too late for Council collection. After a few days, I found more bedbugs and paid to have the carpet stream-cleaned. Then after more days, bedbugs were back. I phoned VMCH and both Tim and the VMCH Manager, [Name Removed], came to my unit. Those 2 men stood there and told me I had no bedbugs!!!! I stood there struck dumb by their lies. I am disgusted with Pest Control Empire and with VMCH - a Catholic organisation which is supposed to help people. I advise against using Pest Control Empire.

Absolutely fabulous service . First rate pest control service – These people are very professional and provide a first rate service. I would rate them very highly and recommend them to anyone seeking assistance. Shane traced the source of a foul smelling odour in our lounge room to a cavity under the house from which he retrieved a dead mouse.

Poor service – Asked them to come out to remove a dead rat from our roof space. We were quoted $150. They spent some time in the roof only to inform us there was no dead rat! Wasp Nest Removal – Highly recommend Pest Control Empire, fast response time and very well priced. Alan was very friendly and removed the wasp nest like it was nothing. Gave advice on what to look at out for after the removal was completed, what should happen now and what to look for in the future as well. All-round good service and would use them again.

So their company only deals with the wealthy and discriminates against someone for not owning a house?! I am just speechless.

Consumer affairs needs to hear about this as soon as possible.
