Go elsewhere – Used to be good before they teamed up with pet circle. Now they are not contactable so can't ask questions. They aldo sent a medication I get regularly that needs to be broken into quarters as per script but table is too small to do this so most will be wasted. Will be looking elsewhere in future.

Don’t bother with their cold shipping medication – Don’t bother ordering any cold shipped items from them. Items take nearly 2 days to arrive in Melb when other online pet chemists take 24hrs. By the time i have received 3 separate orders each time the ice blocks have melted and the item is almost room temperature. I will be reverting back to previous suppliers now for any cold shipped medication.

super reliable - very fast shipping – our dog has epilepsy so it's important that he get his meds on a regular schedule. We've found Pet Care Pharmacy to be super fast and reliable in getting our order sent out and their have competitive prices too.

Sticking with Pet Care Pharmacy – I've been using Pet Care Pharmacy for some time to buy my Bella's heart medication. Not only is the price better by almost $100 the service is faultless both speedy (next day delivery) and great customer service.

suppliers would turn up within a day or so if the suppliers had stock, timely emails to confirm the order and again when ready for collection.

Since I don't live too far I would order for collection and we always enjoyed a chat.

While I don't mind vets charging more for dispensing meds on the day of the consult, for long-term care being able to buy the meds at much better prices greatly eases the stress of pet ownership. Our vets were very understanding about this and even after charging a prescription fee (one fee, multiple meds as needed), the amount saved by buying from Pet Care Pharmacy was always more than the fee many times over.

Sadly both our 20yo fur babies are now in Cat Heaven but when we eventually become cat-slaves again and are in need of meds, I know exactly where to shop!

Great company – The medication I purchased was much cheaper than purchasing from my vet for the same product. The parcel arrived earlier than expected and ordering from the website was very easy.

Received what I ordered in a timely manner – The medication i ordered was delivered very promptly and when i made a further enquiry they responded on the same day which was great.

Great service – Recently found Pet Care Pharmacy. Pharmacy and explained that I had ordered 100 tablets but as there was a possibility that my vet could say don’t continue taking them, I asked if I could drop the quantity down to 30 just in case the vet said to preserve. I didn’t want to be left short. This was no problem with Pet Care they amended the order credited my PayPal account the difference, got the product in 2 days. The service was wonderful and turn around was great. I would highly recommend this company. Henry has since bounced back and is his normal self. We are continuing with the required medication.

5 stars for service from PCP - But! I suggest that if what you need is urgent, don't wait for post delivery – 5 stars for Pet Care Pharmacy - great prices, easy ordering, responsible (they contacted my vet directly to check details), prompt processing and despatch. However, three days after despatch, AusPost advised me that delivery would be delayed. So I ended up going in-store to get script filled immediately as the meds were essential. days after despatch! AusPost still shows as delayed so who knows when I'll actually get the delivery. And with a sick pet, what would have happened in the meantime if I had kept waiting?

So again, I suggest, if you can wait for potential post delays, go for it; I'll certainly be getting things like general meds, food, treatments etc from here .... But if you need time-critical meds, just be aware of delivery issues - which is certainly NOT the fault of Pet Care Pharmacy.

Probably the only decent online pet chemist! – The customer service is actually helpful and their business model isn't "just scam people as much as possible"! I wish I had gone back here instead of "pet scripts" but unfortunately they were out of stock (and not lying about their stock) - one suggestion would be to include a prepaid envelope to mail the scripts back in as many people don't use the mail enough to have envelopes - I know I kept forgetting to buy envelopes.

Terrific Price & very fast delivery plus great staff interaction – Terrific price, speedy delivery & very helpful staff. The price was great - we are aged pensioners & have our 6th rescue dog. Vet charges $114 for Fortekker - Pet Care Pharmacy charged $59.50 +small postage cost. PC certainly have our business & we will recommend them to all our doggie owner friends. Jessica & Cooper

Great service and best prices! – The pharmacist was really knowledgable and was so patient and helpful. They stock everything you need and their medicines are so cheap compared to the vets. They really care so much about pets and their customers. I would recommend this place to everybody!!!!
