NO after sales service, questioned scissors that were purchased and were catching on arrival. Wanted me to pay for delivery back to them & for my return. Extra $28.00, no way. Evidently my fault, they supposed I bent teeth on arrival.. Will never buy from this Company again..
Follow-up · I phoned IMMEDIATELY as soon as I opened the packaging, and tested the scissors to see how they worked ( I have another pair but different teeth settings, which I was happy with). When I phoned they told me I must have dropped them (NO), they are all checked before they leave premises. I asked would they check them, only if I paid delivery both ways. Virtually it was my fault & there was nothing they could do..

No ability to order from website, telephone service doesn't answer – I tried for almost 2 hours to place an order with Pet Network. Their website asks you to ring them up - the website isn't able to allow customers to add items into the cart. No one answered the phone and eventually it told me they were too busy to take calls. I then placed an order for the same product within 3 mins from another website for 1/3 cost that Pet Network advertised its product at.
