Non-Responsive – I placed an order for Revolution in December and have yet to receive it. However; my credit card was charged the next day. I emailed the company twice and received no response. I have now directed the matter to my bank so they can take care of it. It's very disappointing because I did use them for seven years with no issues.

Terrible – I used this online pet supply site on the recommendation of a colleague much to my regret. It has now been 16 working days and no delivery despite the site claiming most orders are posted within 2 days. No response to my 2 emails questioning where my delivery is. Do not use this site!! I will now try to get my money refunded through my bank. Cheap Have not recieved my order. No response to my emails.
