Great company, great customer service – Petbucket has wonderful customer service, when I notified them my shipment could not be delivered to Canada, something not their fault at all, they responded immediately to my email and and followed up right away with refunding my payment and offering suggestions to me for solutions to my problem. Happy Customer Since 2014! – I've been buying monthly flea & tick medication from PetBucket for years for my kitties. I highly recommend their customer service and competitive low prices. They are upfront about their 30 day shipping policy so I just plan accordingly. I suggest you get on the automatic renewal and forget it!

0 stars for Petbucket – I have ordered from Petbucket several times without any issues. I placed another order before I ran out of Stronghold however the last dose of Stronghold did not work in less than two weeks after application my dog has fleas and is miserable!Wish I had known before I purchased another 6 month supply. I am very disappointed and don't think I'll be doing business with Petbucket any longer

Quality Product, Cheapest price I found online – This is my third or fourth time using petbucket, and I’ve always received the order on time and the products are high quality (I use Advocate which you just cream on once a month). I also do auto delivery which is handy so my dogs are always protected (I.e. I don’t forget)! Good prices. Thanks Show reply

good company, good people – I've been ordering from pet bucket for over 4 years now. Very honest company to deal with. They resent my lost order straight away without any fuss. I ended up receiving both shipments. They didn't charge me twice. I will continue using them as long as my dogs are alive. I hope for a long time. Show reply

Good Overall. No Paypal – The experience was good overall. easy to order. I received the product a few days late but nothing major. the product was not wrapped so the cardboard box got squished but it didn't affect the medication inside. No Paypal option  Show reply

No product – I have waited over a month now on my cat flee meds. They keep saying to wait. I also was charged more this month then the last 2 months.

0 stars if I could for Petbucket – I ordered Frontline Plus for our 9 mo old cat. We received it after a long delay coming from Singapore on Sat. We applied on cat on Sunday afternoon. Dawn to remove the meds. We did that immediately. Unfortunately, Rocket died in the night Monday night, about 36 hours after application of the meds. Petbucket is directly responsible for this cats death. My grandson is heart broken over this. Don't even consider all the $ we spend on vet, adoption fees, shots, etc. All gone. These people have been most uncooperative and need to be out of business.

Do NOT Use Petbucket – I ordered my usual flea treatment for both of my cats from Petbucket. It was a HUGE mistake. The site sells pet supplies that is states are legitimate, just with different packaging from overseas. It sounded great. The thing is it didn't work. Within 2 weeks both my cats had fleas. and it did nothing. Ended up going to the local pet store a week later and bought the real stuff which killed the fleas straight away. When I checked the packaging the amount of active ingredient listed is less than what in in the product I bought from the pet store - but really considering how quickly they got the fleas I think it was a fake product that didn't work at all. So buyer beware - it def isn't worth the savings when it doesn't work (and still cost me over $50!).
