Part Broken - No Help – Got a product online only to notice that part of it didn't work. The main part does so wanted to keep it but get the DVD that came with it (as instructions) replaced. Rod who emailed me just said No. Also no compensation was given not even a get 10% off net time you buy from us NOTHING!! If you need pet supplies GET THEM SOMWHERE ELSE Not one bit of help at all!! No replacement
