Best pet store – Love the Glendale store there so helpful and there's a particular man that humours me if I say I can't buy something because I'm not sure how to put it together he will open the product and assemble it without expecting me to buy but I always do. I buy my guppies here and there so healthy great place to shop.

Dog grooming – Had our Groodle groomed at Glendale. Nice enough staff and our dog looked good afterwards. She didn’t seem scared or anxious either. Not overly expensive which was a bonus! Booking online helped with being able to see what dates and times they were available. Will be going back. Hopefully just as good in the future. Show details

Very rude staff member – Not all staff are rude however the very young, long blonde haired animal activist is extremely rude. I use to attend here for all my pet products. It's next door to the fruit market I use regularly so I even use to pop in to get an extra treat for the animals while I was there...unfortunately not anymore due to the rudeness of this one young lady.… Read more

I do often wonder how many other customers have not returned because of her attitude. Before she was rude, I had to interrupt her while she was on the phone and chatting to a friend whilst ignoring my look of plea for help.. I eventually had to interrupt her for service and I wish I didn't..I left without buying what I went there for

Fantastic grooming service & great pet product range in store – Yesterday my border collie Roxy was booked in to be groomed, she is quite a nervous dog and the staff at Rutherford were fantastic and made Roxy comfortable. When I picked her up an hour later she looked great and was lapping up the cuddles from the great staff at Rutherford. I was told she had fallen asleep during her clipping. The prices & product ranges at petquarters are very reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend Petquarters
