We went to the Pets Domain on Burwood Highway to buy a fish and everything else needed. We were able purchase everything we needed and there was a variety of tanks/food/tank accessories to choose from. All the fish seemed healthy and very helpful staff that made sure we had everything we needed.

with each other than to looking after customers and on both occasions I have make my presence know in the store before they will acknowledge that you in the store.
When they do attend to you they are curt, almost rude and lack product knowledge. I bought what I was after and after payment no thanking you what so ever, almost is if they were pleased to se you walk out of the door. I can now understand why on both occasions that I have shopped there, once on a Saturday morning and again on a Friday morning the shop is empty. You leave with the feeling thay they are doing you a great favour by serving you.

Legana pets domain is terrible. Staff are extremely rude and condescending. Is also very expensive. Loved the idea of supporting a tas owned business, however will never return or recommend this place due to the awful customer service.
BROKEN HILL STORE. I've tried twice to buy some fish food over the span of 2 weeks. First time was opening day. No one came to serve me after 10 mins so I walked out, leaving the food on the counter. other two were just standing around, saw us but didn't come to serve us. My husband ended up yelling "SHOP! “ in a loud voice so he had to come and serve us. I've heard the same thing from other people too. Then they couldn't find my membership details that I did online the day before they opened so put me down as someone else to complete the sale. I ended up getting the rest of my things at Pets Tucker $1.98 cheaper and instant service, as always. Who gets a Pets Domain franchise and treats customers that way?? Why bother at all? Pets Domain won't be seeing us again. They're pitiful.
i dislike pets domain. If you feel this way as well, I suggest you try "Hannah's paw-some pets". You killed my bird after your employees suggested feeding it concrete. Worst customer service ever! I saw employees vaping, smoking etc. I am highly dissapointed!
From a customers view, overpriced store to the point the ACCC needs to investigate. When other reviews say they are overpriced there not joking. They have up to 100% mark-up on majority of products again above rrp. So when it's on sale it gives the illusion of a larger discount but it's not.
It's no surprise that one of their outlets (Pet Domain) in regional QLD is closing. Their prices are so out of this world high, it's a surprise this company still exists. from $16.35-$19.50 online ( not Pet Domain) $40 - $49 in store...LOL Seriously...? No wonder the regional store is closing, shame because losing a retail shop puts people out of work and lessens competition.
Robbery – I bought a box of Greenies in the Moorabbin store, and they billed $90 for it. can't accept returns. Absolutely ridiculous considering I had gone back to them in 2 mins after the purchase. I wouldn't have bothered if it was $10 more than other places but $35?? Insane. The two staff members were almost laughing at me and giving themselves a pat on the back because they were able to scam me. After a bit of argument, they said they'll give a store credit but no cash refunds. I didn't have the patience to stand there and argue with them so accepted their unfair terms. I now have $90 in store credit and don't want to go there ever again. Angry and Disappointed. To the guy in the front counter - you probably thought you won after scamming a customer, but you won't go far with this attitude.
No more – Never seem to stock what i am looking for, then questions why I dont spend my money there. Simply put i can spend my money where ever i like. And if a competitor has what i am looking for and a positive polite experience then that is who i choose to shop with.
Pets domain @Lithgow – Pets domain @Lithgow. I had a bad experience initially on the Sunday but then went in on the Monday and Cheryl C totally changed my opinion of the business. She was so lovely knowledgeable and helpful it truly turned a bad experience into a good one. People make all the difference in retail industry
My fish got a disease and died – I bought a fish from here it must had a disease and gave it to all my fish and they are all slowly dieing
Love shopping here – Pets domain wallan Vic Can not fault the staff or the service , regular shopper at this store the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly my go to for all dog and cat stuff !
Blatant disregard of sick animals – Geelong Corio store. Uneducated management with only the most basic knowledge, causing fish to die constantly with no attempt to upskill or work on processes to prevent further deaths. The attitude towards them because they're not pets who have more of a voice is disgraceful.

Most expensive pet shop in Australia. Scammers – I was talked into paying $50 to get 30% discount on SOME pet products. up. Here’s the kicker. Pets Domain head office didn’t reply to my email, until a month later I sent another complaint. They answered by saying they will get back to me about my complaints. They haven’t. Shame on them.
Terrible – Terrible customer service. On a number of occasions I have visited my local store only to wander around waiting for a staff member that was nowhere to be seen and eventually I left. No discount was taken off and when I questioned why I was told I was a “blue member” (non paying member) I corrected this and showed details of my payment and said I would not have purchased so much food if I knew there was no discount. Staff member then looked again and said “oh your membership has just come through” (conveniently at that exact moment) I said ok can I get a refund on the food then purchase it again with the discount? Staff member then told me they didn’t do refunds on food. I questioned this as I hadn’t even left the counter! She again said it wasn’t possible. I then said “ok no worries, I’ll contact the company when I get home because they need to review their policies” staff member then sighed loudly, asked for my card again, silently refunded it and rescanned it with the discount (almost $50 off) handed me a receipt and said “it’s not our fault!”
I definitely won’t be bothering to renew my membership after this.
poor customer service – Visited the Horsham store for its opening day today. No help from the staff, asked an assistant for info on ordering one item and she said she couldn't help me til she got something for another customer and after waiting ages for her I left, only to see her chatting with another store assistant at the front checkout with no intention of coming back to help me. employees were just wondering around. Some fish in the tanks look sick and this seems to be a constant theme with this store. No pricing on aquarium plants and a number of other items. With no interest from the staff I left very disappointed. Not a good look for a new store! Add to this the website does not show half of the products available in store.
