Did not deliver or respond! – Took my order and my money and didn’t respond to any communications. Have put complaint to ACCC for action now. Buyers beware - fake company!

website but received only error messages. In fact, none of the contact or information links on the website work leading me to now wonder just how legitimate this business actually is. I then tried using the provided email address and emailing them directly. This I did numerous times. I received no reply. I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of professionalism, contact and honesty shown by this company. BUYER BEWARE.

Puppy farm supporters – Why sell puppies with no breeder information? Pet shops support puppy farms....no regard at all for the animal it's all about the $$$$$ you should be made to disclose breeder information!!!

Do not buy from pet shops, buy directly from a breeder – Pet Paradise is awful. They claim that the puppies they sell are not from puppy farms. But I suspect that they are. Reason being the puppies are of poor health quality and temperament, and almost all are mixed breed. The puppy I had had constant health issues, failed to be housebroken even after 6 months old, did not respond to call even after attending puppy class, refused to eat its meal for days unless given tin food or fresh meat, scared of men, did not want to play with other dogs or run in the park, defacated on its bed, urinated on its toys. It was a real headache. I learnt my lesson well. Never adopt a pet that is confined to eat, poo, and pee within a glass box, and has been handled by so many people. Problem later they will be very difficult to toilet train and do not bond well with their new owner. People who bought these pets most likely will have to surrender them to the shelter, to avoid costly medical fees and constant displeasure at home. Pet Paradise surely contributes to the increasing number of stray dogs. Very easy to buy Puppies sold are of low quality

Wrong breed – I purchased what was meant to be a cavoodle puppy from castle hill and be a small dog. My puppy is now 9.5 months old and I've just found out he isn't a cavoodle but a spoodle and the store not interested at all about them selling the wrong breed. Unreliable – I purchased a Husky puppy from the parramatta store in 2000, it came with 100% Guarantee of health for 3 months. On the papers it clearly showed the pup had no illnesses and no hereditary disease.
