My issue with this company isn’t about their products but about their lack of Customer Service and business practice and I felt the need to warn other potential buyers. I purchased online some of their Urinary + Kidney Supplement for my dog who was having incontinence issues. I paid $56.95 for a small pouch of the supplement and the site said Free Shipping. Just after ordering I was told my dog has diabetes (hence the incontinence) and Cushing’s Disease. On the advice of the vet’s I sent an email to Petz Park to explain this and say they had advised not to give it to her as it could interfere with her insulin levels and could I return it for a refund. They agreed, I sent the the unopened packet in their original shipping bag and then inside a padded bag (packed better than it came to me) at a cost of $9.70. I also sent them a copy of the tracking note. Today I received a refund notification but for only $45.09. When I queried the difference they told me it’s the freight component of $11.86, more than I paid even to send it back. Apparently it’s in their terms and conditions but I still feel it’s poor Customer Service and people need to be aware. Their products are expensive to start with and when you add on even more expensive postage it really is buyer beware.
