Dreadful organisation that is an unfortunate monopoly. Most property settlements in NSW are now mandatory to deal with this company, quarter owned by the Commonwealth Bank. With a history of failed settlements by PEXA widely known, there systems still fail to secure confidential information from scammers. Scam emails requesting account… Read more

information clarification within 2 hours of a settlement appointment today was both scary with devastating thoughts of a potential loss of ones life savings. No respect shown to people who potentially might lose their life savings. This organisation hides behind other company names we've never heard of which may also be coupled with real estate agents using financial agents we've never heard of just to secure their fees. The whole process of settlement through Pexa is fraught with signs of alarming danger. PEXA is irresponsible and certainly unworthy of your trust. I would never use PEXA again.

Is PEXA a mandatory platform used by the government to scam its citizens or just one used to protect white-collar crims? – I simply cannot comprehend how Australians are allowing our government to force citizens to use a private company for such a crucial transaction in their life. It is clear that our government is involved in fraudulent activities, as evidenced by the misconduct and gaslighting tactics employed by this company when faced with complaints about… Read more

mortgage fraud committed by a bunch of so-called lawyers. It is time for us to stand up against this method of corruption used by those whom abuse their power and commit crime whilst acting unethically within their rolee.

For those who have not yet experienced a problematic property transaction, I sincerely hope you never do. However, given the current circumstances, it is only a matter of time before you may encounter such issue that could ruin your entire life.

To those who have been victims of deceitful practices in property transactions and have seen the true nature of PEXA and its collaboration with the government to protect fraud, we must unite and work together to prevent more individuals from falling prey to this scheme. It is imperative that we expose their collusive efforts to recruit more victims and their use of outdated excuses such as COVID-19 causing a large backlog of claim in order to delay any action to be taken and eventually ignore any complaint relating to property transaction fraud as a way to silence us in the hopes that we will give up on fighting for our rights.

Greedy Pexa – If only I could give it zero stars, absolutely useless we were doing fine until now. Apparently we have to pay to become paperless, we live in Australia which is suppose to be freedom of choice, yet we for forced to use pexa. Get rid of this useless way and go back to how things were done, or give us a choice as a buyer.

Not worth the fee charged – Kept getting emails from solicitor to set up for sale of property. Decided to as thought it would be handy. Really does nothing extra than what the solicitors are supposed to do anyway and charged $ 132.66 fee.

pexa are not up to scratch - they are only in good company with all the bad banks – online services are in demand, but pexa and their allies, the banks in particular the big 4, play it all up. . ... and customer service? - they have never heard about that ... . looks like they wait for an other player (competitor) to do the real thing !

Terrible from the onset – The registration process is cumbersome, long, difficult and the service is terrible right from the start. It is awful that the government forces lawyers and conveyancers to use this service. We would rather file documents in paper than to use PEXA service. I would not recommend it.

Worse customer support ever – We are forced to use PEXA as nationwide they are rolling out these econveyancing so we no longer have the choice of doing paper settlement in property conveyancing. We are in Brisbane (Qld) and the tutorial videos provide are very basic and showing the complete procedures and are not state specific. It is so difficult for beginners to grasp on… Read more

how to use the full functioning of their product as they expect you to learn as you go by ringing them whenever you have a question. I must say we pretty much need to call them all the time as there are so many questions which their support materials/videos do not provide. If you ring, it depends on your luck of who you get as most of the time you ask question A they answer fluff which doesn't answer your question, then palm you off to call other government departments such as OSR only to be wasting your time as OSR will ask you to call PEXA as it's their platform and OSR has no control over it. Some of PEXA staff properly need more training as 1) they don't understand the caller's query and just read out what's on their website (which doesn't provide the answer) or 2) they just don't know the answer and palm you off elsewhere. The frustration is ridiculous ! Seriously, if we are forced into using econveyancing platform, please and please ! don't make that a monopoly ! I really hope to see another provider come into the market who truly cares about their service quality, customers and their feedback.
