Worked for me – I had a lot of breastmilk so this worked so easy and quick for me. It felt comfortable on my skin as well. However, I haven't tried any other products to compare. I liked not needing power or batteries necessary. It can get a bit messy. I'm happy with it and I will just stick to this.

Horrible, Absolute Waste Of Time, Money And Effort – Bought it in an emergency, needed a reliable brand so I bought it even though it was way more expensive than other brands, because I was really in need of a pump at that time, and not only it didn't work, it has scarred my entire pumping experience for life. It was the first pump I had ever used, but even I could tell it was not suppose to work this way. Pumping maybe an acquired skill, but it was just horrible, I couldn't even collect the milk which I was leaking because so much of it was being sucked into the vacuum and wasted. Tried all I could but the vacuum kept leaking air and no suction was being generated. Just horrible, simply horrible!

Oh no, Tooba! That does sound like an unfortunate surprise. Sorry to hear your trust in our brand has been compromised! We do have some tips for a better suction though. Can you check if the following tips help you?

1. Check the white valve is connected with the star shape facing upwards, if downwards the pump will have no suction (only for the manual breast pump). Check wether the duckbill valve has a crack or a tear which it is advisable to replace it (only for electronic breast pumps). 2. Check that the petal massager is flush against the milk funnel, encourage the cushion as far as possible into the trumpet and down the tube section of the pump body, removing any air from behind the cushion, which could resulting in no suction. 3. Check the diaphragm is fitted securely with no air loss resulting in no suction. 4. Smear a little Vaseline or Petroleum Jelly around the rim of the cushion to help give a good seal around the breast when pumping, to avoid loosing vacuum.

If not, please contact our consumer care center in your area. they might have some other tips for you. This is their number: 0092-21-32742771/2
