Not very good – Iron pulls fabric all the time even on low settings. Also the dial is very flimsy
Doesn't glide – Hated this iron from day 1 as it does not glide over ANY fabric. Went back to using my old rusty Kmart cheapie. Show details
Ceramic not a good option – Although the EasySpeedPlus iron is lightweight and inexpensive, I found that the ceramic surface doesn't glide easily over most fabrics, especially those with a soft or matt finish. This results in wrinkles being ironed in as the fabric sticks slightly to the iron. It also makes ironing heavier work. I've also read since that the ceramic surface wears quickly and is harder to clean. Should have done more homework! Show details

Well this beauty makes light work those clothes no more piles of ironing the iron heats up quickly easy to use has a smooth sole plate that glides effortlessly over the laundry. Not happy with the item – I bought it from Harvay norman doesnt work well on cotton, sticking on my cloths burnt couple of fabrics. i was using sunbeam before and i was happy with that after 3 years that was broken then i bought this philips one now i am going to claim refund i would again buy sunbeam. Good value – Looks very cheap but it works well. Nicely glides and has a long cord. Easy to refill with water. The steaming powerful but drips if you try to use steam and the steam hasn't been heated yet. Show details · 1
It is really good – I have been using this iron in the last 6 months and I am very happy with the results, it works in any type of fabrics and any of my clothes have been damaged. The steam is really powerful and it makes ironing easy and quick. It doesn't leave any shiny spot on suits or pants, and you have different settings of heat for different types of fabrics. Decent Iron would recommend – The Philips EasySpeed Plus stem iron does the job can't really complain. It heats up fast, has a very useful steam function and has a long cord as well. Thus far has performed well with a variety of fabrics and clothing. Managed to buy it for a bit over $20 from Amazon AU recently so very happy with it for that price. Show details · 1
Fantastic! – I bought this Iron only recently, but so far I'm very happy with the performance of it. It gets hot fast, the steam function is handy at getting those tough creases out. The ceramic plate glides over all fabric at the correct temperature setting & the cord is a perfect length at nearly 2 meters. I haven't had any issues and so far & I highly recommend it.
