had it ca 2 years, using it about once a week. The lights that go around the big dial all started flashing wildly, it would only start intermittently, and after 2 more smoothies, it died. That is not a very long life cycle for an expensive appliance. I’ve only made smoothies, no ice or anything hard to process. I’m hugely disappointed . Is this typical?

The best blender I've ever used – I've had a kitchenaid blender for 20 years, and didn't think anything could match it. How wrong I was! This is the best blender ever. It's powerful, blends anything and is easy to clean. The suction to the bench top mean it's not bouncing all over the bench when it's blending. I'm so in love with it. Smoothies separate – Not so sure if something is wrong with my blender but after 1 hour, my smoothies separate. This is different from the description of the product. Its a bit disappointing result.

You will never use another blender afterwards.. HOWEVER – The blender is amazing, smooth and the taste is so concentrated. There’s absolutely no froth or gas inducing foam. one returning promised call backs I rang the Only Harvey a Norman that stocks it and had actually sent it. The Auburn Flagship store. The ONLY resolution they would accept was to send to send it back and they would then send another. They refused to send a unit to the nearest Harvey Norman. Flat out refused. It was a total nightmare. Not wanting to risk receiving another used unit, I had to drive 1 hour to return it and choose a box for myself. Then drive another hour home. Don’t buy this unit online from Harvey Norman. Just don’t This is the worst service I’ve ever received.

Nice blender – Ordered this from appliance online. Initially I was sent a product that looked like a demo - fingerprints and dents. But after talking to the company they sent me a new replacement product straight away with no hassels. The blender is powerful and perfect for me. Show details ·  1

Amazing product – The vacuum function ensures that smoothies are creamy and don't separate. They stay fresh even after a few days, so much so that you would think you had just made it. It easily takes nuts and blends them very smoothly. The vacuum feature is somewhat exciting to watch as it draws the air out of the liquid. is sleek however it is quite bulky and doesn’t fit in any of my cupboards, but I’ve used it almost everyday so have kept it on my kitchen and is quite nice to look at.

Kitchen essential – We love the new Phillips blender! I’ve tried many before but this is by far the best quality and keeps the product sealed better. Overall I really recommend it, specially if you are a juice/smoothie lover like me and want something quick and healthy in the morning!

one button it makes a fantastic smoothie that doesn’t split and stays fresh all day even after being thrown in my handbag and taken to work! It also has an ice crushing setting which is always a plus when using in a hot country!

The only things I would note is that it is quite loud, this is generally expected with a blender however I was a little surprised on my first use. It could also do with a few more written instructions within the box. I found a user video online which helped me with how the different functions worked so definitely look online if you purchase one, there’s some great ideas on how to get the most out of it!

function is a good idea, however, I personally found that it makes the smoothie making process take much longer than othe blenders on the market. The vacuum blending is a great feature if you plan to pre-make smoothies and keep them in the fridge for a day or two, as they did not split or go off when I put them in the fridge. However, if you plan to make your smoothie and drink it straight away then this feature to me seems to be almost pointless. Besides this, I think the blender is really good as it does it’s job well and blends fruits and veggies really well!
