Hi. Sad to hear that this product has been discontinued. I’ve had mine working well for five years, but now the light is no longer flashing. Can it be replaced and where can I get it from? Thanks

I have a very fair skin, but my Lumia blinks rapidly all the time. ALTHOUGH! Twice or three times it released flashes on my leg and face. Now I can't get anything from it, just blinking, any help? :c

Hi Larysa, thank you for your question. How odd that your Lumea is not working properly. We can think of a couple of causes. First, make sure that the skin contact surface is in full contact with the skin. When it is, the READY/skin colour warning light starts blinking slowly and you can press the flash button to release a flash. If that doesn't make a difference, the Lumea might have a system error. Switch off the appliance, unplug it and then try to switch it on again. If the problem persists, please contact us by phone (1300 363 391) as there we hope to be able to find the cause of the issue.
