I went through troubleshooting, did everything, still nothing. Thinking to buy a new same as this one because aside from this I haven't had any negative experience.Ironin was quick and easy, very good 5 bar… Read more · 1
pressure. Time off is that I liked the most, no need to worry am I forgot to switch off as it does by itself. Overall very good iron just Philips needs to fix that problem.

Mould – Hi, I absolutely love my iron. I am having an issue at the moment where there is mould growing where the water continues to lay in the bottom of the iron. Also the iron shuts off mid use and the on/off button starts to flash. This is not after 10 minutes though. Please help. Show reply
This iron is fantastic. Love it, everyone in family likes it – As I switched it on the water started leaking from the rinsing knob, read reviews, re tightened the knob and it was perfect after that. Show reply
Could be better – The power of steam is amazing .It does not take time to warm up. I was so tempted to buy it because of the fact that you don't have to adjust the temperature, but I reckon now that this is the problem as the plate doesn't get hot enough to iron something like an "easy iron" shirt. I even ironed part of the shirt with the old iron and It did a better job.
I am a little bit in love with my iron! – I bought this iron 6 months ago after reading the glowing reviews off this website. I thought I would wait to write this review. I am not disappointed. My Mum and Step Mum have since bought one too. I have had not had any issues to date and love the way it makes ironing easy. This iron has seriously cut my ironing time to a quarter of the time… Read more · 1
it used to take.
The only drawback is that I empty and put the iron away in between 'big' ironing sessions and it is not convenient to pull it out for one item. So I use my old iron for that.
I haven't had a steam generator iron before because of the cost. So I am hoping that my investment doesn't let me down. To date it hasn't.
Great for the teenagers! – Like most of the other reviewers, I love the Philips Perfectcare Aqua! Heats quickly, irons quickly and handles the most delicate of fabrics with ease. Particularly love that (in trying to teach Miss 22 and Mr 20 to iron) they can pick up the iron and there's no issue with temperature setting and possible burning. fabrics and is able to iron them perfectly. I am having a challenge with the water dispenser leaking all over the ironing board (not dripping but leaking right out). It's the one where you remove the dispenser, refill it and then lock it into a cavity at the base of the iron. Although it seems to me I do the same thing each time, it is leaking regularly and means the entire cover has to be taken off and dried before I can use the iron again. I am doing the 'de-calc' thing. Can you offer any assistance please Philips?
