Saeco/phillips coffee machine provide NO SUPPORT – We have this machine but Saeco Phillips don't support their products, an $8500 is a throwaway after 7 years, buy a cheaper machine don't trust this company, paying big dollars gets you nothing....

This company is a joke, Thought I'd update, never had any success following the aforementioned directions, they said they still couldn't help with the parts and wanted me to bring the machine from Brisbane to Sydney so the could have a look. They've seriously dropped the ball

Philips Australia Team if you have nothing constructive to say, best say nothing. This is disgraceful unconscionable behaviour from Philips, I hope people see that Philips is no longer the company that has been a respected Icon in Australia for decades, I will avoid buying Philips products in the future as your serviceability to the required 10 years under Australian consumer law is not being honoured not to mention a perceived statutory warranty on such an expensive machine.
