Powerful toothbrush – This Sonicare toothbrush has 3 speeds, 2 timers and makes your teeth feel smooth as glass. This is what my dentist sells, but at a much higher price. I liked so much that I bought one for the office.

Love this toothbrush – This is a fantastic toothbrush. It holds charge for around 10 days. It did take me a couple of goes to get use to as it is quite powerful but it gives a great teeth clean!  Show reply

Best holds charge – Great product i believe this is one of the best electric toothbrushes availiable. Excellent as i have only charged it 4 or 5 times, bristles are kind on gums and cleaner teeth. Excellent product  Show reply

Not happy! – This is the second Phillips Sonic care toothbrush I owned and is it a co-incidence they both stopped charging after about couple of years??? Have to throw it out, waste of money! Whilst good while it worked but does that mean we have to keep re-purchasing the whole unit every 2 year’s???

Excellent Toothbrush – Have had this a while now and it has performance an excellent clean every time. Used to have a Oral-B O-R type electric toothbrush and this gives a far better clean. The only downside I can think of is the price of replacement heads. I had an issue where the toothbrush failed after a year and Philips replaced it with no hassle. Was one of the easiest replacement processes I have gone through.  Show reply

Disappointing – The product is brilliant and the best electric toothbrush out there but unfortunately they do stop working - my third Sonicare has just died inexplicably (after turning itself on in the middle of the night) so I am now looking to buy another brand.

Products fail just after warranty expires – Our family purchased 3 of these units (a dual + separate) from Shaver shop North Ryde in 2017. While they provided a reasonable clean while they are working, they all failed for various reasons (insufficient torque, charger, battery) just after the 2 year warranties expired. Additionally I realise that the torque on one unit was failing from about… Read more

18mos when it was compared with the the paired units. I am currently escalating the issue to the ACCC as the warranty on this units is completely unreasonable given their high price. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND.

Didn't know they have a shelf life – Disappointed. I had to replace the base as it just stopped charging, and now around 8 months later the toothbrush kept turning itself on! Usually after going to bed and almost asleep after it had been switched off... which was more than just a bit creepy... and now it has again stopped working altogether! So this time I will look for another brand.

Lovely clean just been to the dentist feeling – I liked the healthy white soni-care electric tooth brush, I used to charge it up whilst I had the computer on in the evenings, for one night about every 10 days, the brush left my mouth and teeth clean, the two minutes timing on the brush was just right, however when the brush was 1 years 9 months old it became noisy, then stopped working, I took… Read more

it back to Big W, as it had a 2 year warranty, and they refunded me the purchase price without any quibbles,

The tooth brush had been good, I went through around 3 packs of spare brushes at around $30 a pack which is quite expensive, I hardly used the healthy white function, preferring to use the brush at the standard setting, I was lucky I got refunded, I wonder if many last much longer as it was only used two or three times a day,

Great toothbrush – This is my first electric toothbrush. My mouth feels super clean after using this toothbrush. I love how the toothbrush tells how long to brush each section of your mouth and beeps to let you know to change. I don't know how long the charge lasts, all I know is it hasn't run out so far! Only slight annoyance is that it automatically stops after 2 mins.

Seems a great product but both brushes failed just after end of 2 year warranty period – Seems a good product. But as soon as the 2 years warranty was up, both units failed for no obvious reasons. Receipt has faded and so no proof of purchase, so no warranty? I'm unsure if I should risk buying another set, if the same problem occurs. I'm in discussions with Philips at the moment.  Show reply

Just the best care for your teeth – The twin Philips sonicare healthy white toothbrush has 2 functions - clean and clean & white. Can already feel the difference in 2 weeks of using the product. It also has different colour rings that can be attached for clear distinction between two people so perfect for partners/couples use. Highly recommended.  Show reply

Absolutely wonderful – Upgraded from standard brush and will never go back. The sonicare range was massive but went for healthy whiter, and it really works. Definitely recommend his product to anyone who is thinking about or wanting an upgrade.  Show reply

Upgrade from old Oral B – Looking to upgrade our old Oral B - required recharging every 2 days Salesperson raved how good Sonicare is, especially for sensitive gums. We thought would give it a go. So far we love it, Not sure about claim whiter teeth after 2 weeks though. After 2 weeks haven't re-charged yet, this part is great  Show reply

Very good brush – Not as good as the old Elite series but ok. Take care not to get it too wet as water gets to the batt. Not as well sealed as my old one.

Excellent toothbrush – I love this toothbrush, I just had my 6 months check with my dentist, to be fair I was having it after more than a year and I didn't have any cavities! It really takes care of your teeth and gives you the same cleaning feeling that you have after finishing with the dentist. A good whitening paste is the perfect match. that you are actually brushing your teeth enough time to get them clean. The result after brushing, the timer feature and it's not as noisy as a normal electric toothbrush Nothing, I love it!

Love it! Never go back to manual brushing! – This is my first electric toothbrush and I love it! My teeth feel great after brushing. I have been using it for at least 4 months. Took about a week to get used to the vibrating way this toothbrush works. I haven't been to the dentist yet since using this toothbrush, so not sure how much plaque build up I have. I have not yet changed the brush… Read more

head, I will soon, the blue coloured indicator bristles are almost white. I purchased replacements, 3 pack for $31.95 from Shaver Shop. There is a 360 degree head you can buy in a 2 pack for around $35.

The whitening function vibrates differently like a polishing action and I think it has worked and made my teeth look a little whiter. I should have taken before and after shots. It does use more battery power as well.

I purchased the pack with 2 toothbrushes, 2 brush heads, single charging dock and travel case (fits, one handle and 2 brush heads), for myself and my husband, paid about $170.

You only need a small amount of toothpaste (1/4 of what I was using with a manual brush). It beeps at each 30 second interval (for each side of your mouth) and switches off after 2 minutes. When the battery starts getting low (below 50%) it beeps when it switches off and you can start to tell that the vibration is not as strong, but you still get a good clean right up until it goes flat.

In store, I was told that you can use the charger for the Philips Sonicare AirFloss (I bought this at the same time and also a great product), but I don't recommend it, it doesn't charge as fully as the charging dock that comes with the toothbrush. Each charge lasts a least 2 weeks. Excellent clean. Great value for money for this electric toothbrush. A full charge takes 24 hours (or so it says in the instruction booklet).
