Unprofessional – I don’t know about other Picture Perfect Products (PPP) customers. But this is my issue with PPP. I bought a brand new Galaxy DTF printer on March this year. About 5 months later a problem with the printer. I contact PPP, they try to help me, but another problem came right after I followed their instructions. The printer then no response at all, unable to turn it on. I contact PPP again. They said they will arrange the courier to pick up the machine to bring to NSW. I know that will expensive for PPP to pay the courier, so I said I will find out from youtube, maybe someone who have problem with me and upload the video. Then I found a video the problem exactly the same with the problem I have. So I bought two “Transistors” but I don’t know how to change it so I’m waiting for someone to help. Then PPP told me just bring the machine to PPP technician in Victoria. That was a bit strage, because if PPP have technician in Victoria, why they didn’t tell me early and why they have to arrange a courier to send to NSW. Anyway I contact the technician number that PPP gave me. He asked me what is the problem? i told him everything and I told him that I also check the youtube about that. The technician blaming me for checking the youtube. He said “mostly youtubes are from US and the Aust voltage is difference with US. I said “What is things to do with the voltage, I just checking the video and not touch the machine and try to fix it myself. Then I drove all the way to the technician. Arrived there, he open the machine then he blame me again. He said the liquid cost the machine stop working. I said “I didn’t pour any liquid to the machine. And he said “Don’t worry, I will fix the machine.” That technician already blamed me twice. The the next day, PPP contacted me and said the machine is totally broken and he will send a replacement for the machine. Few days later the replacement machine arrived. When I open the wooden case, I’m shock. Black ink everywhere, inside the machine too. I check it then I found they didn’t close the black ink bottle tank properly. I try to clean the machine. I sent all the mess to PPP. They didn’t response at all about that leaking black ink. Then I try to turn on the machine, but the machine doesn’t work. I check inside the machine. Very very messy. Not a new machine. Very poorly assemble it. Inks the printhead messy, some part are missing. Double sticky tape there too to hold some part of the machine. I contact PPP, he answered that “the machine was working.” I said “I don’t think so.” Maybe this machine was return from another customer. PPP wants me to bring the machine to they technician again along with my computer. I will not bring my PC to the technician because the problem is with the waste ink pump, not the connection. But PPP just sent me copy paste they early message to bring my computer and machine to their technician. I called PPP no answer, I left a message, no response. I sent email, no reply. They totally ignoring me. I still have my warranty but they ignored. Don’t get me wrong. I bought two Galaxy heat press machines from PPP, one was 6 years ago and another one was a year ago. They both still work, no complain. But DTF machine is just NOT good. And people are nice when there is no problem, when the problem came, the true colour came out. PPP just completely ignoring me. I once asked them to send me the first machine so I can fix it with another technician but they don’t response at all. They just took the new machine and sent me the old and broken machine.
