Warning !!! Scammed !! Have lost over $650 – Do not use this company! Our 6 weekly $189.99 delivery of dog food didn’t arrive, instead every 2 weeks our credit card was debited $229.99. No response from emails and no telephone number available to call.

Terrible service – Didnt receive product, when I emailed they never replied but cancelled my order. Refunded by the refund also didn't go through, have followed up twice and heard nothing. Took my money and ran

Its been over a week and my order has not been shipped or received – They charged me $170 for a big bag of dog food and its been over 2 weeks and I have not received it? Sent numerous emails following up and no response. They have no contact number either. Going to call ACCC as I am starting to question if this is a legitimate business with such appalling customer service!!

Do not sign up for auto repeat order – Pikabu charged my repeat order (order #5315) on May 31, 2022. They have not even sent out the product yet. It is July 13 already. I have contacted them multiple times but no response. This is not the first time they didn't sent out the product, but at least they refunded last time.

Wouldn't recommend – Ordered over a month ago and still havent received. Replied to email asking about order status and it bounced. Sent a message through online chat and had no response. Escalated PayPal to resolve and finally got an email from an odd account saying it would be sent by 4th, but still not received by 11th. I am starting to question if this is a legitate business with such poor customer service practises.

Definitely recommend Petsafe Safety Seat – The seat has been really convenient for my new beagle puppy. Cozy seat makes him really comfortable and secure while we take him on a road trip along with us. The seat can be washed easily as well. I ordered the safety seat from pikabu.com.au. Excellent customer service and delivery – I placed an order for Surepet Feeder. The product I got is as described on the website and I also got a ziwi cat food sample with my order. The staff clearly explained me how the feeder works which is exceptional and convenient.

Exceptional Service – Not sure why there are so many negative comments about Pikabu here. I was in a rush to get the cat tree for my new kitten and they recommended me the right product and also threw in a laser toy and ziwi cat food sample with my order. I guess the staff there loves cats.

Extremely slow – Followed up multiple times but taking a month to get something from interstate. Claiming lockdown effecting it but that's disingenuous

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS – I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, sent emails was to told "Your order is under processing stage, and it is scheduled to dispatch early next week" Honesty how can that be. Do not trust this business. Still waiting. Not happy at all

Terrible service – I was hoping for my purchased item to be dispatched fairly quickly as pikabu's website states ' Many In Stock'. It's been 3 weeks still no ETA, two emails were sent but no response and there is no phone number to speak to them over the phone. I really need the item in 2 weeks time and I hope the item will arrive soon but I'm disappointed with their service.

Take forever to fulfill your order – Ordered 3 bags of cat litter, almost a month now, still no ETA and no order updates. So disappointing. Will never buy from them again!

Scam artists – Ordered x1 20kg bag of Advance Puppy food for my Husky. Order wasn’t fulfilled and received an email (on a public holiday I might add) notifying me that me that a 15kg bag of food would be sent as a compromise with no refund. Read email attached. blaming some poor factory worker for the mistake, then continued to try and rip me off saying that the cost of both bags is pretty much the same...I would like to note that 3kgs at Petbarn is between $40-50 and this was a 5kg difference. Although purchased in bulk it would still be much cheaper for them leaving me out of pocket and receiving a product I didn’t order. After much disagreement they eventually canceled my order leaving me infuriated and without puppy food on my day off. Consequently I have to disrupt my plans for cup day. They may be cheaper but I certainly won’t be putting up with people like this. Even during a pandemic they still tried to rip me off. Pathetic.

Didn't fulfill my request with the items – It might be cheaper, but customer service is not great and did not deliver what I asked. I asked for a longer expiry date, they said will give me items with at least 6 months expiry date. No, they have lied to me and didn't reply to my email. Will dispute it via Paypal instead. I would just stick with Pet Circle or MyPetwarehouse.

POOR QUALITY, DO NOT RECOMMEND – Received a faulty and dangerous cat pole, was told numerous people had also had the same issue. Was sent half of the piece and not the rest. CSA told me to request a refund, Pikabu refused. Case has now been opened with Consumer affairs.

Loved their cat litter box – I ordered this a week ago as I wasn’t happy with my previous cat litter tray . My cat used to make mess outside the tray and litter used to get stuck to her paws. This cat litter box does exactly what I wanted it to do. The litter stays inside because of the lid and the groves on the entry keeps her paws clean. Easy to replace the used litter. Hope to enjoy the feedback.

Great service and on time delivery – This was my first purchase and really happy with the whole process. I will definitely recommend it my friends and family. I used their recurring order\subscription service and loved how I could order other items along with pet food.
