updates. Never again would I use this conveyancer and I tell everyone I know to avoid him. Almost 2.5 years on and I receive a cheque in the mail from City West Water. I called them to ask why I received this cheque and they advise me my conveyancer made incorrect calculations and I paid money I shouldn’t have during the settlement process! It took them 2.5 years to find me as I was issued a new customer number under the new address. Don’t waste your money, this conveyancer is hopeless and not worth the money he charges!! He constantly blamed the other parties conveyancers but the truth of the matter is he is lazy and it shows in the work he produces. Never again!! I honestly don’t understand how he’s still in business.
