I bought a watch band from them. It was extremely small for my husband. I returned it and didnt get a refund for a month after return. I had to email four time and threaten to call cc company and they finally responded. On top of all that unprofessionalism , I had to pay to ship the return and on top they take a 15% restocking fee. watch. Update: After posting this review they suddenly replied to one of my emails apologizing and advising of a priority replacement. They said they would advise me of the priority replacement tracking details shortly. That was 3 months ago and still nothing. Even after many follow up emails I have received no response, no replacement & no refund.

the Companies fault by no means. I see a lot of bad reviews and this is just not fair at all. I feel bad for this company due to the bad reviews left. Some of them are flat out lies and should not be taken seriously. I’ve already done business with this Company 7 different times and never encountered a bad experience. Yes, shipping may take longer than usual but you have to understand this is the ONLY Company who creates these unique watch cases. Once the Company ships the item out (which is always super fast)….its left in the shipping partners responsibility. Even that said, people need to be more kind not only to the Company, but also to the shipping partners responsibility as they are dealing with millions of shipments and they too are only human. I’m a 100% VA Disabled Army Veteran and Pinnacle Luxuries takes care of America’s Veterans. My opinion….Be patient and more kind. If you think for just a second, Pinnacle Luxuries is NOT intentionally wanting to be mischievous towards the consumer. I seriously doubt they have an agenda on wanting to defraud anyone. I think the BBB should take the bad reviews with a grain of salt and consider there are a lot of mean people out there who lack patience with purchasing time to delivery time. If anyone ever has a problem, then keep reaching out to Pinnacle Luxuries and give them a fair chance to respond and make right on what you think they did wrong. 100% SCAM !! – 100% SCAM! Products are 4 times more expensive than same products on Amazon & no where near same quality. All posted email accounts for Support or Sales found on order confirmation and product listings bounce back, not active! They do not deliver – PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been waiting and trying to get in contact with them; others have had rubbish products, I just have just never received my order. I have tried contacting the company via their email, they have all bounced back. 100% a scam

They are not a legit company there product is trash – If they had a zero star, that’s what they would get do not buy the product. It is not as advertised. I received their product and instantly as soon as I open the package, the paint is peeling off of a watchband. Save yourself the time and effort do not buy their product.

product, clearverly advertised as as an expensive luxury item, but in fact is just a very cheap product you could buy at a fraction of the price at your local market store. I purchase a expensive Titanium watch strap from them for a Samsung 6 watch, but was sent a cheap poor quality stainless steel strap which did not even fit the watch. Despite many e-mails' asking for a refund I have received no communication back from them. No contact phone number to even try to speak to someone. Portrays to be an American site and I had to pay for the product in US dollars, but actually the goods come straight from China. A total rip off and scam.

Useless, won't refund product with design flaw – I ordered a luxury S22 case. When it arrived the design meant you could not close it if there were cards in the wallet. Useless! Scam operation - Stay clear – Purchased a watch band for a Fitbit. The wrong product was sent and useless for the purpose. Paid a premium price to get what was needed only to be let down by this fraud of a business. Multiple attempts to resolve the matter are met with silence. The individuals behind this business are fraudulent.

Rip off – Bought a genuine leather wallet case for a Pixel 6...and guess what? It isn't genuine leather. I don't mind paying a premium price for quality products but this case is just crap.
