Pirahana Spike Vaccuum with bonus steam mop – The floor head broke within 12 months and I had to pay for a replacement head ($30) including shipping. The service was friendly at the company but the cost for replacement parts for a cheap vaccuum was too much. It's an average vaccuum better in small dwellings and on new carpets, on older carpet just removes surface grit/dust. Save money and buy a better vaccuum, one that won't break in a matter of months. The mop was ok didn't used it much, gave it to a friend with tiles throughout their home. Do not buy this product. The Price It Broke

you get what you pay for i guess! – it broke within a week, took it back to the store and they said they wouldnt return it for that problem! it was so weak it wouldnt pick up anything, no matter the setting. after 5 minutes of being turned on it would over heat and stop working and conk out. the free steam mop... well that was a waste, i see why it was free. the water would just heat up and leak out the bottom as warm water - took that in too and apparently thats how it works, so if you wanted to have giant puddles of water sitting on your floors then it was doing it right... only paid $100 for it though, wish i hadnt of spent it! it came with a free steam mop everything!

pretty decent for the price – the pirahana spike vaccuum combo with bonus steam mop is good for the price of $88..coming with a bonus steam mop which is brilliant..can be used on some types of carpet also but does wonders for lyno polisged floors etc..the vaccuum isn't something to rave about but it does do its job. emptying is easy..steam mop i liked the best the vaccuums pole bit is quite loose.interfers when your pushing the vaccum.
