Paul and Sandra run a slick operation. After to 6-years of abuse and hard driving, took my 4 WD Isuzu MUX for repairs to badly dinted tail gate, RHS rear panel, front guard and side steps. Paul (the owner) was unfortunately away on holidays but his 2- I/C took a look and gave me a verbal estimate which was a fair bit lower what I imagined the cost was going to be so I was expecting that when Paul returned from hols the estimate would be revised upwards. True to their work, Paul called me the day after his return and invited me to bring in the car. He took one look and agreed to fix it for his 2-I/C's rough estimated price $5 K. It was my turn to go on holidays so he agreed to take it off my hands immediately and promised that it would be ready for pick up when I returned from my o/seas trip in 2-weeks time. Again, true to his word, it did happen and I received a courtesy call from his wife (Sandra) the very day I arrived back saying was ready for pick up. I was totally happy with the job and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this business........ Honest as a church mouse, great workmanship and very friendly to deal with. The car was also given a cut and polish and inside cleaned. It was a pleasure to drive it away. .... Great work team P..J's but I hope to never have see you again unless of course it's a social occasion... Ha!

Audi S4 – Own an Audi s4 and had a bad accident on it, came over to Pjs Panels and they did a really good job of fixing it. Really thought gonna take months for the repair but only a week and got the car back better looking than it already had. Thanks to Paul and Sandra for the great service, were very friendly and very professional with the way they handled stuffs, and they were very patient with me too, also the behind the scenes crew, yall wont go unnoticed. Thank you for the great service. This will be my go to Panels from now on Appreciate the work

Third Party Claim through Lawyers – I had car accidents of my both cars within week and we are not at fault. We choose our claim through PJ Panels Smash repairs where they have fixed our and sort our claim through ECL lawyers. they will make you feel your are in wonderland and photos they display at reception will make you feel you took right decision but reality comes you later. My car was hit from Back and damage rear bumper and boot door. I got car rental during the repair through one of there own Rental service. My Car cost me 30k year 2019 when I bought...brand new and repair cost me 27K ????? 13k for car rental and 14k for repair. Now I am end up with Court due to Offending insurance denied the claim based on PJ panel have overcharged the repair. Case is in February. For rental car, lady served me was horrific ....worst of worst experience I can have with rental. No paperwork to sign off and never communicate what they are doing and what they have done. She sent me back yo clean the rental car and bring it back. Logic was that she can sent the rental car back and put 1 more day for car rental day....when I picked My car next week she hand over my car not cleaned. When I have received bill from lawyers to know what repair they have done then where I come to know they have charged 150 in their invoice. Let's see where I will end up in court. Rude service unprofessional as well unethical people...STAY AWAY... I will upload evidence once court case settle..
