steering stem to them to no avail. They said it was "used" even though it was in perfect condition. Disappointing given that i had just spent close to five thousand dollars with them. My recommendation is to buy parts online if possible if ever they are needed. It should be mentioned also that it took seven days for them to respond to my initial email about this subject. Whether this can be regarded as excellent customer service or not is up to the reader to discern.

Excellent customer service – One of the best bicycle shops in Brisbane, I purchased a new bike around 12 months ago. I could have purchased the bike cheaper at a different location but due to the quod service I received decided to purchase from planet cycles.
