Always there for answers – I have been with Planetozi now for quite a few years. It is as though when I ring them I know the person on the other end of the line. Always helpful and eager to please. Hats off to them

Best service and support – Been with this company since they took over TSN and sorted out all the mess with support and service we used to have haven’t had any major issues since and recently upgrades to NBN. Can’t fault them really they have the best service and support compared to the big guys

Stay Away – This company is by far one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I cancelled a service yet continue to be billed. Their phone manner in accounts and billing is terrible. My advice is to stay away and save yourself the stress.
