They take additional days to apply repayments – When making any additional repayments, PlanLend takes 3 - 5 days to apply these repayments to your lone, despite the repayments being taken directly from your account. This adds up to days of additional interest you pay, despite PlanLend already having your money. It just is not applied to your account. This is dishonest and unethical.

Clueless – When subdividing our property, not only did they massively undervalue the part of the property we are retaining, but they kept on delaying settlement for weeks. Absolutely useless and incompetent.

Leeches – Used this company during a home loan exercise with Advantage, which is owned by NAB. During the loan term with them, I was overcharged on many occasions and it took them years to own up and then months and months to pay back the owed funds.
