experience and knowledge of the lifts. There was a waiting period of about 6-7 months for the lift from Italy. Then the lift was installed mainly Hayden, Shae and Jai. Hayden didn't say much, just got down to business and was never flustered with the installation. He and the Team at Platinum did a fabulous job!
We moved into a new townhouse in October and was told not to stand near the door in the lift as that is where the sensors are, so I made sure I stayed back near the back wall. sometimes didn't stopped level with the floor and when I listened to make sure the lift had stopped I opened the door to find that it was a few centimeters higher than the floor. I had them come out as it was still under warranty only to be told it was the operator problem !! A Few months later it happened again, in total three times and the last time I got a call out invoice for $440.00 because the warranty doesn't cover operator error. I am not that st^pid to keep doing the mistake of interfering with the door sensors, so why is this happening. They come out and "tweak" it and then a month or so it happens again. I would like to know what the warranty covers ?? I think it is a disgrace and would never recommend them.

the office is always delightful to deal with and extremely helpful, and she organised the service. Dan came out to service the lift and ticked all the boxes. He was on time, he was very pleasant to have in the house, our dog loved him, he has a very bright personality, and he very much seemed to know what to do. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and it’s so very competent and friendly, helpful people.

do the annual service. He seemed to know just what to do , arrived when he said he would, and had a lovely bright personality. Our Golden Retriever loved him too! Kelly in the office is always lovely and helpful.
Thanks to Joel, Platinum Technician who came out yesterday. The lift had only been put in 2 weeks ago & I was having some teething problems understanding its operation. I felt as though I wearing my Learner's Plates. Joel took the time to go through all my concerns, his customer service was great, he listened to me, showed me what was what, and reassured me that everything was working the way it should. One satisfied client.
Dan just serviced our lift and was prompt, efficient and very helpful. And a nice bloke. Also Ava in the office was great to deal with, also efficient and helpful.

New Elevator for Medical Practice, Shepparton – Sam and Rick were very professional, friendly and also courteous to our staff and patients. Installation was quick and efficient. Left the site very clean. Very happy with them!
Wonderful customer aervice – Love our lift. PE worked with our builder really closely. Just had a small issue 12 months on and a young Tech Joel Smith came today and serviced the lift, resolved the issue, was friendly, professional and took time out to explain some of the operational workings of the lift. Months of frustration- amateurs – The lack of professionalism and ownership of this company dumbfounded me. We moved into a brand new townhouse with Platinum elevators . stuck in the lift. They sent out people who clearly had no clue. The worst incident was getting stuck in the lift ( which happened many times ) I called on the emergency phone in the lift and they rang back my mobile, which I had no coverage on in the lift , to say they wouldn’t let me out unless I guaranteed to pay $550. The irony was they called my mobile and I was stuck in the lift on the emergency phone . They then supposedly had “ monitoring “ equipment for the Italian team to diagnose the issues. Eventually it seems they fixed it as it started being reliable after yet another call , but they claim to not know what was wrong or how it got fixed. This company should play the Benny Hill theme song when they turn up. They then said they needed to retrieve the monitoring equipment. I specifically said I would be at the home between 10 and had to leave at 11. The technician turned up at 10.59. If anyone is considering these amateurs for a high cost piece of equipment think again. They are rank amateurs who can’t even fix their own equipment. I will say it’s been working fine since they “ didn’t know what was wrong but it seems to have mysteriously fixed itself “
