Poor quality job and no consultation – This service upholstered the sides of a vinyl chair. It was a very poor job - the inserted vinyl was creased and made this chair which cost over $1009 look cheap. The price was close to $500 for this job. have spoken to me rather than go ahead with a poor job. They said there was nothing they could do now. They discounted the price but I could have used that money towards a new chair.
Poor Customer Service – On 15.9.16 I rang this company to fix my lounge. They told me they would call back in a week to organise a quote. To date, 12.11.16, I never heard from them again. A clear indication to stay away.
appalling service – I sent a email request to this company in June 2012 with clear instructions of my requirements i.e to repair the two seats and one arm of the sofa. another quote.... another two weeks and nothing!! Its poor advertising on the company's behalf and clearly. It's now July and after advising the company today that I intended to write a review, I've had a call apologising,and stating the leather used on my sofa is no longer available even though I saw that Natuzzi has it listed on their samples! Too little too late. The positive side is at least I haven't ended up with work that may not have been of a satisfactory standard if they can't even respond to emails they had reviews on their website that was encouraging they didn't deliver a product. A complete waste of my time.
