His report provided the info we needed to negotiate a significant reduction in the asking price and allowed us to purchase this holiday house with our eyes wide open. I'd highly recommend this company, they are knowledgeable, diligent and provide you with the facts. Most inspectors would not have found this issue as it had been partially repaired and in a difficult location to access (a corner area within the roof).

Stay away – We had Platinum Property Inspection do our pre purchase inspection and their were so many things he missed. He offered us unprofessional advice “off the record” and based on his advice( he is not a registered builder) we bought the property. What a mistake. Tens of thousands of dollars later and professional builders saying anyone in the industry would have “known” about the major faults in the building.
