The worst service they dont care once they have your money – Shed was delivery wasnt even organised which delayed the delivery to site by 2 weeks. I was quoted for 3 electric roller door motors none arrived with the shed. When l queried this I was told l only paid for 2 but the quote said 3 and they wanted another $400. I had to threaten to take them to ACCC to get the motors sent. I was supplied incorrect brakets for the main purlin to floor joint when i rang the lady actually laughed and told me to go to bunnings and see if they had some.Bunnings do not sell brackets I required. I had to get them fabricated by a local shop. Never recieved any apologies just a poor attitude on the phone. Look elsewhere for your shed!!!!!
This guy is a scammer !!! Platinum sheds Australia – Anyone looking to buy a shed from this place be extremely careful as he runs multiple businesses under the same company. Josh Purtell had been on aca for ripping people off! I got my shed with only half the things promised no roller door motors no wall insulation and no safety mesh for the roof and no wind locks on the doors. Platinum sheds are one of many company’s this scammer runs. Check the business before you buy!!!
Use a different company – [Name Removed] is not new to scamming customers out of sheds and promises. Google southern cross garages as he liquidated that company ripped off numerous people and now started this one. I ordered a shed through this corrupt company at $26000, with promises of a 6-8 week delivery time. After placing and paying in full for the shed, I got an email saying it’s going to be an extra month late, even after that date they couldn’t deliver for another month again. I ended up organising and paying separately for delivery of this shed even though it was already paid for, roller door motors missing. I contacted platinum sheds, even though I have it written in the invoice as well as a separate email stating motors were included they decided not to include them either. By far, the worst and most stressful experience of purchasing a shed. Even if they give you a good price, don’t fall for it as it’s going to cost a lot more anyway. Even their sales contract refers to the old company
