Could not be happier with the whole process from start to finish. Jason and his team were fantastic , very professional and communication was excellent. The finished product was great and could not fault any of their workmanship. Would highly recommend.

We got in touch with [Name Removed] to replace our vinyl liner. Early on he was very responsive and promising. Explained how his company carry out a custom on site measure of the pool build and then install a custom-made liner with 10 year warranty, measured and manufactured to fit the existing pool. He stated that all Plenty pool liners are custom made. He also stated that initial site visit as well as final hand over were carried out by himself personally (this never happened).

When his workers visited, they were quite critical of the initial installation, remarking on some relatively minor wrinkles in the liner up the side walls and the multiple leak repairs (there were no wrinkles at all on the floor of the initial liner). [Name Removed] himself was critical of the fact that the middle structure of the pool was visible and had never been rectified by the original pool builders. The onsite measure up was a very casual measure up with a tape measure, carried out by one person. No way this was going to provide an accurate measure all dimensions of the pool.

Once the new liner had been installed, [Name Removed] was no longer at all responsive. He never ever did personally visit the site and the onsite handover of the works never occurred. Once fully paid, [Name Removed] ceased all communication and stopped responding to messages. Before the task had even been completed, there were obvious and very significant folds in the liner on the floor of the pool. This was advised to [Name Removed] while the pool was still being filled. [Name Removed] stated “they won’t be a issue, just because its so cold & the pool Wasn’t built to exact measurements as that liner is to what it should be.” (sic) So much for the promised (verbally and in the quote and invoice) “custom liner”.

Not only do the large wrinkles/folds still exist on the floor of the pool, but there are also multiple significant bumps and ditches on the floor of the pool. These have appeared in areas of the floor that were smooth and even with the previous liner. So much for [Name Removed]’s “premium dry sand to remould liner for premium results” There is nothing premium about Plenty Pools’ installation.

Other issues include a sloppily installed pool ladder. The rails where the ladder secure to the deck are not parallel. Obviously, no effort to properly measure or use a square. Also an unnecessary call out to have our heat pump serviced by the provider. Found to have nothing wrong with it other than Plenty pools dislodging a wire when they fiddled with the pump. Wasted expense on us. Plenty pools clearly not as cluey on the workings of the heat pump as they claim to be.

These issues have all been communicated with [Name Removed] and Plenty Pools along with photos and video clips by both text and email. I have also messaged Plenty Pools directly via their website. There has been no response at all. Considering this and noting that other customers have also reported lack of response from [Name Removed] when problems have arisen, you have to question what validity there is in his promised 10 Year Warranty. Hard to call in on that warranty if the company and its owner refuse to respond to messages raising concerns.
