over charging job – Came to have a look at the job quickly, didn't see the inside of the house and gave a quote to cut brick to get better access. inside. I asked the workers to tell the boss what happened but the firm still invoiced almost the same amount minus 10% cost. The time should have been hours. If the job was under quoted they would asked for extra. They are simply money hungry firm
Overpriced – Felt duped by employees as they changed $1000 for a 10min work. Drip fed me by stating they might have remove a whole section of the wall/pipe. Took advantage of the fact that I had two small children at home and told me they would have to turn off the gas if they left, not knowing how long it would take me to get this issue sorted I went with them.
Theives – Avoid. This company is a scam. They charged $528 for 15 minutes of work, unblocking a drain with a plunger. The plumber was on his phone the entire time. They also use https://grahamandsonsplumbing.com.au/north/crows-nest-plumber/ as a front.
Good service – I had an emergency leak at midnight, and Plumbing Express came to the rescue. Their 24/7 service claim is genuine, and the quality of work was impeccable.
Perfect amazing – Plumbing Express was top-notch! They responded quickly to my call, and the technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Problem solved in no time. Highly recommended!
Overpriced and taken advantage of – Don’t use this company. We were charged $189 for the call out which wasn’t an emergency call out. Then we were charged $300 for labour for a job which took 20 minutes. Overpriced and taken advantage of.

expect the plumber around nine from sms confirmation 9:45 turned up, ok then. was then told the job would be 4k, I had since Sunday located the leak and exposed the area, it was very shallow (only 150 mm down) in soft soil with a few roots hens the damage, and no way was I going to spend that much. We "negotiated" ( it all smelt funny and I should have said no but I was in the moment, oh well ) plumber works for 15min digs a bit more for easier access, and repairs fine. he then Fs off to "get stok" 500mm of copper pipe and two joins (yeah right) two and a half hours later he turns up again ( after lunch and a job I'm sure) to complete the work start, and that only took 35ish min, so all up about 50min for that exercises and then a bill of $1660 on top of the $345 just for the luxury of the Sunday call and run.
Overcharged and work done was a fail – Spent over $10,000 for what was about 5 days work and not one thing done has worked. Took weeks to follow up a complaint and then blamed us not cleaning the roof. Note the leave had fallen in the last few weeks from a deciduous tree but problem had been reported months prior. I was then rudely and aggressively told it was my lack of cleanliness on my roof that was the problem. I would definitely avoid
Careful with this one – Over charging and deceitful. $880 dollars to clear a simple blockage, knowing I wouldn’t need to pay a penny if I’d left it to the Water Board. Tradies like these are the reason we need this website. No receipt; won't answer the phone.
