Nathan the technical support person in NSW is amazing. I had an issue in my air touch 5 system caused by the AC technician but Nathan helped me address the issue. He went above and beyond with multiple emails and phone calls until the issue was identified and resolved. Thanks so much Nathan. I am now also happy with the product after the issue has been resolved. Show reply

Full credit to the Polyaire team for working to sort out several issues on our ducted reverse cycle air con system. From Martin, the head of Customer Experience reaching out, to the WA team including Randy, Alex and Andy, they worked quickly and without fuss to get the system running properly. components that were failing. While it's early days, the system appears to operate accurately which is exactly what you want.

When an issue cropped up today after the work was finished, Randy got back to me immediately via phone and Alex returned very quickly to rectify the problem and explain what had happened.

Thank you guys - you've managed to turn what was a very disappointing experience into a great one.
