I purchased a pool cleaner from Pool & Spa Direct they do not supply a tax invoice I have called and all you get is a message saying we are all busy we will call y back I have emailed and they don't respond as the tax office are requesting that I provide a tax invoice this product and they will not provide one let's see if they are as useless with the tax dept.Do your self a favour do not use this company Show details

No warranty cover – Very bad attitude! I asked a faulty diaphragm for T3 pool cleaner but they didn't care at all. Of course it was under warrant. Please don't buy any products or get the service through this company. Regards Jong Show details

Faulty goods not replaced or refunded – Bought Zodiac Baracuda T3 Swimming Pool cleaner online from Pool & Spa Direct and it only lasted 4 months. On contact, they redirected us to the manufacturer who sent a replacement diaphragm however we could not undo the part to install even with a vice and did not want to break it. at the part if I sent it back to QLD at my cost. Meanwhile my pool got dirtier and dirtier during the weeks to try and contact them and get it replaced or refunded. Given every other pool cleaner we've had has lasted at least 3 years. Obviously faulty item given the amount of online reviews I have seen since and yet still being sold!!! Ebay and Paypal cannot help as they only cover goods not delivered or not as described. If it breaks/doesn't work a week after receiving - they don't cover. Don't waste hundreds of dollars - go to your local pool shop, may cost more but at least you can return if issues. The owner of Pool & Spa Direct told me if I didn't want to post the part back, 'we can do it the hard way' which I assume is he doesn't care and I can complain to ACCC or the relevant consumer/fair trading state agency.
