Pool Professionals with Good Manners – I have been continuously impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Not only that, for their teams manners.Yes, manners. When good manners are used, we make the person or people around us feel respected, seen, and even appreciated. For all of the above, this is why Pool Doctor is a successful business, in my opinion. Thank you to ALL of the team.
Worse service EVERRRR!!! – Paid $333.50 for a 3m round pool, for them to put chemicals in and left a stain and leaves in the pool. WHAT A RIP OFFFFFFFF! Super rude when I tried to talk to them about how expensive it was. They also left chlorine on the side of the pool that my dog or cat could have licked and died from. They also tried to tell me they spent 1 and hours there to justify their service fee. My pool is tiny. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!!!

SCAMMERS – I maintain my pool regularly and on the times that we don't do it ourselves, we get the local pool shop to do a water analysis on it, then buy what is needed. Yesterday the analysis said 1 x bag salt, 1 x acid, 2kg chlorine and 1 x buffer. So we added it last night, and it was still a little cloudy this morning, but our normal guy said it would take a day or so to clear. So, as far as we knew, we had added everything required to get it to perfect.
We are selling our property and I needed to lessen my jobs so hired a pool company to do the manually labor stuff. Not the usual ones as they already had their maximum amount of clients. I hired the 'pool doctor'. Now, this guy comes out to the house, complains about the traffic then walks around the pool several times taking photos. I'm paying this guy $88/45minutes and he has cleaned out the basket, in that whole time and has more photos of the pool than me.
Then he disappears off to his car for 20 minutes and I get a call from his 'office' saying that to fix the pool, it will cost $600! So, I explained that the levels were fine, the chemicals were added the night before and that was ridiculous and send him packing.
So, certainly do not recommend these people. They are out to get more from the client than is really necessary.
