just assumed where we wanted it. Secondly, in the original plans, it stated that they would pour a slab and put the pumps etc on it and we would build a housing for it. Come home from work to find it in our shed, in the way of the doorway. We made them move it, but now every time we clean the filters, we flood the shed. Also poor hand over and not really shown how to do it properly as they probably didn't want to show us what a mess it would create every time we did it.

heavy. I checked as soon as service guy left, there’s no way that many leaves fell into pool and into the skimmer box in such a short time. I got the leaves out myself, they were old, faded from water and slimy. I’ve had my pool serviced by Poolside since it was installed. This is the first time I have not been happy with the service. Instead of finding a solution, the woman on the phone chose to argue and basically say I’m lying. Really bad customer relations and no people skills. Man who serviced pool other times did an immaculate job, even washed down pool cover. I was not happy being treated like an idiot by woman I spoke to. Poolside deleted my post on their community page. That’s okay, word of mouth travels far.
Best of a very, very bad bunch (unfortunately) – Previous experience was excellent, manager was warm and friendly, pool cleaned to perfection in a professional manner. first thing the next morning. Turned up at 3pm. Pool was not vacuumed, leaf litter on the bottom and an old vacuum head that had fallen in was still there. Arrived and departed without speaking to anyone in the house - unfortunate as I would have requested he finish the job before leaving. Contacted the same manager regarding the large bill and unsatisfactory service - different story this time. Manager became angry and inferred I was lying, promised she would look into it and ring me the next day. 8 weeks later I am still waiting for the call. I am disappointed in the company and would only recommend them reluctantly due to lack of competition in the area.
