Terrible after sales service BE AWARE !!!! – Do not buy from this dishonest business!!! We purchased an electric pool vacuum (BWT PK Turbo) and upon receiving, we tested it out. calling again and was told that he has been busy and would call me back, but I never received a call. After over a week with following up and been told numerous times that I would get a call from Matt, that never happened, the customer service person said that he had spoken to Matt and unfortunately he was too busy to call me, but Matt had approved for the product to be returned and that he would send me an email with the consignment details for the return postage. To no suprise after a over a week, I still hadn't received this email and again I found myself calling and getting the same answer that Matt would call me. After following up for weeks I still did not receive this call. Until one day Matt actually answered the phone, and acted like he knew nothing about it. He offered no apologies or explaination of why he hadn't called back and flat out denied about the consignment for the return postage. He told me to send it back and he will test it out and if there was a fault he will refund but then added "but I won't find any fault" leaving me to beleive that I was wasting my time and money trying to post it back to him. He also became quite rude and showed no interest in looking to resolve this issue.

Stay clear from this business, there are plenty of other options than to risk poor after sales service.
