Poppy's Pampered Pet Sitting

Negligent and dishonest – Despite very clear instructions being given to her, Poppy Deedman, of Poppys Pampered Pets, left my pets to swelter inside a hot house in the heat of summer with windows and door shut, without bothering to turn on air conditioning - weather was close to 37 degrees. Pets included an elderly dog, and a dog that recently had surgery. Admitted she was responsible for her negligence and that my pets had just 'slipped her mind' despite me paying in advance for her service. I was left out of pocket for not only her horrendous services, but also emergency pet sitting and additional costs to fly home early yet she refused to refund my money leaving me to have to take her to Fair Trading. Then she blocked me from her Facebook page to prevent me from warning other people about her business.
