POR-15 Rust Preventive Coating

Simply, on the front of the product it states “can be directly applied on rust” “rust does not have to be removed”, in the rear “developed to be applied on rust”, but when you complain, that rust didn’t stop under applied product, they point to the section in the rear “preparation” … “you need to use their “metal prep” product, which is a chemical rust stopper, that also leaves a layer of Zink on the surface. Therefor this product, applied after their own instructions, can not be applied on rust! Rusted metal always have to be removed first, rust has to be stopped using converter or other agents.
