The scooter came as shown however the satisfaction was not guaranteed. They false advertise saying it goes 40kmph but it only goes 30kmph, i know this because I went for a ride and got home and looked at the life360 app and it said my top speed was 30 even though it said i was going 40. Anyway, the charging port rusted within about a week, the scooter is very shaky and rattly. I only got it 3 weeks ago and its already malfunctioning, i tried to use it and the breaks were accelerating and didn't stop, when i tried to fix it, it worked for about 10 mins until I turned it off then back on after a ride then it malfunctioned again in the same way and came up with an error 4 code
There are no words to describe how horrid these people are to deal with. They are rude disrespectful fools. They have no customer service it's just some moron being rude in every reply. They refuse to give me all the information I need to track the package so I have no idea where it is or even if it is on the way, I'm not gonna take the word of a bunch of rude people with no business ethics. I have called fair trade and the ACCC to file formal reports against poriya. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!! They cannot be trusted and will lie to you and steal from you. Not forgetting they false advertise which is illegal the products they describe are not the products they send which is also illegal. Pure Scum.
I have just purchased a 2000w e scooter ,it has nothing to do like how they tell on website all their km/km and max range all about fake and their scooter is a piece of rubbish as I have used many other scooters to compare, They're hopeless, DON'T BUY FROM PORIYASUPPLY AND THEIR E SCOOTERS
Follow-up · Poriya company is the worst company and their products are far from worse,i wouldn't recommend this company products specifically thier scooters to my worst enemy, until you buy their products they're so prompt with their emails and replies the minute something wrong they don't want to bar of you WARNING:STAY AWAY FROM PORIYA PRODUCTS ❌️
Was delivered scooter which needed to be assembled. Manual showed a tool kit which should be supplied was not in delivery. Madw contact explained no tool kit . What occurred after was a progression of lies , diversion and avoidance . First response; borrow tools from neighbours , second response ; what is missing .Third response ; we are here to help , Forth response; please provide email. These geniuses are on E-bay , they have all relevant contact information. The tool kit is Ellen keys n spanners are required to assemble and maintain scooter. Probable cost $5 . Why after a $760 .00 sale would you not supply it , because you are scamming people . Avoid them like the plague.
Follow-up · Tools never delivered, even after promising via message. EBay denied my claim even with messages. Both Portiya and E Bay are lying , scamming dogs. I will never ever have any business dealings with either company again. Be warned ⚠️. I had to purchase all the tools , plus tape to assemble. Scooter is not what is advertised, it only accelerates to 25km/h , not the 40_50 advertised, it's range is 25km , it weights over 40kg . Instructions for assembly are incorrect and useless. Poriya is a scam company, they lie about everything and avoid contact at every turn . E-bay is just supporting scam companies like this for their cut ...
