Online order for glow in the dark bedding stated order for comforter/standard pillowcase- only pillowcase arrived.When contacted customer service,was told items never sold as set and had to be ordered individually.Suspect this not the first time this has been questioned- told too quickly it wasn’t ordered as a set!Very expensive shipping costs… Read more
made this doubly irksome.$24.50for delivering a pillowcase! Still shows up as $69 when looking up online searches for set Won’t be using this site again and will be recommending others avoid this company
Not recommend – Did an engraving of names on Christmas stocking but bringing my PB Christmas stocking that I previously have from US and they give me a brand new one without prior notice and didn't know where they place my old stocking. It slightly different but its the memory that it has been with the family with our first dog and when my first child born. If i know they gonna change it to a new one I wont do it in the first place. Wasn't too happy about it.
Amazing quality and service – Called Pottery Barn Kids prior to ordering due to the negative reviews and confirmed the item was in stock etc. The delivery was a little pricey of over $200 but it was inclusive of delivery and putting the bed together. The bed arrived on the exact date it was booked and the boys did a great job putting it together . No complaints at all The quality is fantastic
