Praemium

My Superannuation account was transfered to Praemium when they absorbed my original fund. In the short time I have been an account holder with Preamium I have found there online services to be basic and inadequte with little informative content for account holders. Praemium phone support people are arrogant, unhelpfull and directly hindered the transfer of my superannuation to a new fund. I would not recommend Praemium to anyone and have no faith or trust in a company that cannot communicate or act in a professional manner.
Not happy! – My Super money was treated as if it was all a game of Monopoly. Constant buying and selling of shares, sometimes only at intervals of a day or two incurring brokerage fees, as well as sometimes selling at a loss. I took all of my Super out and am watching a Personal investment closely. I couldn't recommend investing in Praemium after my experience.
Held my money – Following financial advise, I opted tochange super funds. Despite my funds disappearing from my Praemium account on the day of my application, they held my funds for a week, and no doubt invested them, before forwarding on to to my new fund. Not happy.
Watch the fine print – Failed to pass on a dividend belonging to me when I rolled out. Up to $50 of your money can be retained because it is deemed too small to pay to you. Poor support and high handed attitude, watch the fine print.
