Dan is the man. When looking for a building inspector it is essential that you find someone who is fully qualified and licenced. There are a lot of cowboys in the industry who are not sufficiently qualified to find and correct issues. We hired Precision Property Inspections (Precision) for three inspections - Framing, Waterproofing and PCI. Dan's communication was fantastic throughout the process. He provided his reports with excellent turnaround. I was able to take that report to my builder - who rectified issues raised and then send it back to Dan for confirmation.
