we were not expecting it. Cheapest is never the best and we regret using this company. They were only less by a grand but it cost us more in other areas. And their sales guys don't appear to speak with their operations team. Sorry guys, but a disappointing experience overall.

How did we live without a Pool – Very happy with Pool - reasonable price and great workmanship - can highly recommend....... Good comms and found them to be happy to make ' changes' .... Also great advise on maintenance of the Pool.

Spa Advice – Always look to suupliers and get a second opinion re Spa problem issues..I nearly spent over $1000.00 until I got a second opinion,which ended up costing nothing other than re booting the unit!

notification - each time, I had to contact the company to find out the appointment was cancelled. Lack of communication and information. As a customer, I rely on the 'expertise' of the company I engage and to be well informed about costs etc. In this instant, lack of communication meant unexpected additions to the quote. Overall, I felt ignored and undervalued as a customer. I would not engage Precision Pools again or would I recommend them.

Can’t even get a call for a quote! – We went to the pool show in May and spoke to them in detail- the promised to call post show and didn’t. We followed up but clearly too busy to want to build pools! Now I see they are exhibiting at the home show! Why bother - when you can’t support the business?! Money to spend but they don’t want it! How would they be building your pool? All show, no substance.

Highly recommend – Very friendly & professional . Dan was very thorough & helped out far beyond the pool build with other aspects of our project . The kids couldn’t be happier with the addition of their own play area in the pool . We will recommend you guys to everyone .

Professional and Reliable – From the quoting process through to the finished pool, Daniel and Kristian were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job! Our pool is now 3 years old and still looks fabulous! Love it! Thanks Precision Pools!

If I could give them zero stars I would – Pool built 18 months ago and have spent $$$$ since getting it right. organise the tiles yourself. The tiling quality is terrible and have since had my own tiler fix it at my own expense. I have also since discovered that they did not bed the area properly and have had to replace a large area of tiling. I specifically asked for a tile insert skimmer box lid but didn’t get it so I have had to have one custom made since the tile they used as the lid cracked (surprise surprise - that is exactly why I wanted the job done properly). I have also since found out that their method is not compliant. The pool isn’t even in the correct spot and when I pointed this out BEFORE they started digging their comment was “it is close enough”. If you want a pool builder who is cheap and will just slap a pool in the ground using cheap tiles and cheap finishes then I am sure they would be fine. As soon as you start adding elements like natural stone they are out of their depth. Unlike others on this site I was promised they would be “finished before Christmas” but it well after Easter by the time they handed the pool over. And the guy they sent out to do the handover had to “google” how the filter and enviroswim system worked while standing there.... by this point I was so over it I told him not to bother I could do that myself.

Worst company ever – Terrible customer service, pool installed less than a year ago, nothing but hiding costs and delays while been installed, The pool has had an ongoing leak since it has been installed, we have to constantly chase them, no one ever calls us, today I have been told they don't know how to fix the leak

Don't touch them with ten foot pole – Had a pool installed over two years ago. Over 100 waterline tiles have come off. They told us its our fault because the water ph isn't perfect. Funny that cause we have a pool guy every month. They don't return calls once they have your money don't expect anything fixed. Keep away from precision pools.

Precision Pools obviously don't want our business – Contacted Precision Pools in Brisbane for a quote on a new pool. Bob was supposed to get back to us with a quotation - that was weeks ago, and we are still waiting! Not going to bother recontacting him. If he is this slack in getting a quote to us for a simple type inground pool, it doesn't give us much confidence going any further with them. … Read more

They built our first pool years ago, so thought that we would give them a go. Obviously Bob is just slack & has lost our business.
