Do not trust the five star reviews as he himself told me he had to get his friends to write them to boost his star ratings.

I’ve currently been going through the DBDRV and today will be lodging with VCAT.

I have give him ever opportunity to redeem him self above and beyond but with no luck.

Do not do business with this crook – Had premier pools Echuca install a pool in September 2015. Still not finished. Pavers coming loose after a couple of months. Was supposed to receive a cover and roller. After calling every two weeks for two years I gave up. Still waiting for final inspection to be done. Won’t hold my breath. Then 6 months after pool Installation we find out that [name removed] never finalized the permit application and that he illegally installed our pool! the VBA are now involved, [name removed] is boycotting all of my phone calls and will not apply for the new permit.

Stay away from premier pool echuca. [name removed] is a liar, cheat and thief. He will lie to your face and not even flinch. I have been waiting to write this review, I thought I’d give him time to redeem himself but he hasn’t. He has just stuffed us over even more. STAY AWAY!!!

Rip off – Lies lies and more lies. Good installation and that where it ends. Out of pocket $2000 for a fence, pool blanket and the roller. Blower light not replaced under warranty. Pump faulty and won’t answer calls or messages.

back filled properly under the stairs is hollow, maybe something to do with all the beer bottles he puts on there while he's working. Concrete is cracking due to no expansion cuts, plumbing was all leaking. Vcat has been lodged. Warning warning warning stay away from this guy.

Most unscrupulous business people we've ever dealt with – "Premier Pools Echuca" enticed us to pay a deposit of over $7000 within days of our enquiry, by offering a discount if we did so quickly. We had numerous phone calls with them with promises and reassurance of great service. by them until now. Premier Pools will no longer supply pools to "Premier Pools Echuca" due to their failure to pay for and pickup ordered pools. These guys are trading on someone else's good name, using their art work etc, but unfortunately haven't and now can't deliver. Beware! Do not order a pool from or pay "Premier Pools Echuca" any money. They extract as much of your money as they can, knowing they wont provide anything for you. Hopefully these shonky operators can be shut down before anybody else loses their money!

Will not return our phone calls, emails OR OUR FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - ACCC now involved – BAD BAD BAD. These guys DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS IN A RESPONSIBLE MANNER. At one stage when he actually answered the phone I was told by [name removed] that he could not afford to pay me my 6k back in one go, so we even gave him the opportunity to pay us back in installments ON HIS TERMS, not ours, and have been ignored once again. Does he actually think WE can afford to GIVE his family $6000 out of the kindness of our hearts? Who is this guy kidding???

We are now pursuing this through VCAT.

Premier Fibreglass Pools Echuca have essentially robbed our family.

In no way would I recommend dealing with [name removed] and [name removed].

WARNING - he is a liar – Don't give him any money! Once you pay yo will not hear from him for months. [name removed] was booked to do a pool 8 months ago but he has excuse after excuse. He will tell you he father-in-law has died or done his back or car broke down or something else. Be warned.

repair it but always with yet another excuse. It appears he is too busy installing new pools and not taking care of his previous customers. It really isn't much to ask for him to finish the job he has been paid for, I have now reached a point of either giving up on him or seeking legal advice.

We love our pool – We have an amazing pool at an affordable price. It was so good to have someone experienced like Paul to help us in the planning stage through to installation and working all the pumps, filters ect. No question went unanswered or was a problem. Once he was onsite he worked day and night to ensure it was installed well and in a timely manner and on budget. He also saved us so much time and trouble not having to coordinate heaps of other trades to complete their part. He did it all. We truely love it and would definitely recommend to friends and have done so.

owning an above ground pool with chlorine and a cartridge filter, we hired Paul to install a 9.1M Contemporary Inground Fibreglass Pool with all the bells and whistles.

Their products are of all high standard and not cheap rubbish like some of the other pool companies sell you.

Paul not only installed the pool but layed the stone pavers and did the concreting and the pool fencing and the solar. He organised the permit.There were no hidden costs.The price quoted stayed the same.Any questions I had along the way,Paul was happy to answer.

The quality of his workmanship was outstanding.

We are extremely happy and now have our dream backyard and use the pool most of the year.We have had no problems and it automatically runs itself with little maintenance.

I highly recommend Paul Briscoe to anyone thinking of getting a pool and have no hesitation showing off mine.

The price quoted from the start didnt change so extremely happy there was no hiding costs and extra out of pocket expenses that I would have been surprised with. If I ever moved (and dont want to because finally got the pool I always wanted) but I would not hesitate to contact Paul again. Very happy to recommend Paul for a pool install.

After sales service is shocking – Do not use this company. They take your money, put the pool in but then have no after sales care. It's been three years now of constant phone calls and empty promises for them to come and fix the problems.

pool scam dodgy – [name removed] from Echuca premier fibreglass pools took a $6000 deposit at the start of November to install a pool before Xmas. Wont answer phone and its now end Feb. He said he needed deposit to order the pool but I rang premier fibreglass pools and they said they don't take deposits just charge when the pool is collected. They said he didn't even order our pool.
