yourself how many times have you said or heard your friends say I wont ever build again or I wont ever build again with that ..... builder. Not us if we build again we already know the person we will call upon to help us through what is meant to be a joyful.

There inside knowledge to improving a houses aspects and feeling is second to none, whatever you want can be done this is a company that does not have the words cant, impossible and no in there vocabulary. Do yourself a favour do your kids a favour do your life a reward you'll forever be grateful for engage with premiere homes even before you buy a block of land to start the process they wont let you down. They didn't for us.

This was a trouble free house build – We found Wayne and Bev Britton excellent to deal with. Nothing was too difficult for them. Very accommodating with any changes we made. Happy to meet anytime on site and review any queries. We found the quality of the workmanship excellent, and the little extras Premiere put into the build was exceptional. The quality of the workmanship was reflected in the fact, that the maintenance period resulted in very little problems.  Show details

Unexceptional build experience – We thought we were paying for an exceptional finish but we have ended up having to go to the Building Commission due to poor workmanship. Things other builders have as standard (ie 2000mm showers , 1600mm bath) were not with this builder. I paid extra for everything and now feel totally ripped off. things unless I asked. Customer service is rubbish ( it's only the two directors working there now). I would be surprised if they were still around soon....
